All the guys I personally dealt with (Jonathan, Manny, & Chris) were all very responsive & respectful. They kept me updated on the process with my insurance company & were reliable with communication. They also had a large crew & finished the majority of the work in one day. My neighbor recently had his roof replaced & he commented on how quickly Exteriors Now completed the work & on the quality of the job. Jonathan also came by to do a final check to make sure that everything was installed & finished properly. The crew missed a couple of vents & came back out to install the next day. I cant say enough good things about Manny and his crew, they were at my front door at 7 on the ready to roll, and treated my house like their own every step of the way. I do not have a driveway and gave permission to drive up onto the grass to load the old shingles, but Manny refused and said they would load everything out by hand to preserve the lawn. When I say if you didn’t know I had an old roof yesterday and didn’t recognize the immaculate new one they just put up, you wouldn’t know they had even been there. Manny at Exteriors Now and his team did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us beat a deadline. We had a pretty large water leak from a storm a few months ago that damaged the roof. We were working with an insurance and knew we were days from the first snow fall. We got the approval from insurance and ********* team jumped on the project immediately. They were able to work us in, knowing snow could fall at any point, causing further damage. His crew identified the leak in just a few hours of work and already had to fix it. They completed the roof and we got the first snow (8) just a few days later. Manny was very professional, provided an estimate that was clear, with a fair price, and allowed us to submit it to insurance very easily. His team cleaned up all debris from the project and the roof looks perfect. We will definitely contact him for our next home project.

Very good customer service and everyone has been very good at getting the job done. I contacted Exteriors Now and met with Jonathan Paredes. He was detailed in explanation of their roof services and I showed him what need to be done from damage from a recent hail storm - Well the previous roofer DURA, I found out did a terrible job (No plywood over my garage to attach the shingles, sloppy and crooked lines in shingles & one trough for drainage was finished the in a way the water did not drain off correctly) Jonathan pointed these out as well as pointed out to the Insurance adjuster and I had an approval to redo my roof and gutters. The owner of Exteriors Now, Manny also personally contacted me to reassure me I would be satisfied.
Then their crew showed up and did a very good job. Now that I knew what to look for, they completed in one day (as there were 7 people working on it and I am very satisfied.- Jonathan walked through the process to initial claim, monitored progress and follow-up- I would recommend Exteriors Now to anyone needing roof!

I had my roof & gutters replaced. They did the roof (tear off & replace) in a SINGLE DAY! They worked hard to avoid any mess (drop cloths around the exterior, etc..) They even walked around with magnets several times to ensure no nails were left to cause problems.

The were very informative and answered all of my many questions. Dealt with my insurance and followed-up with any questions I had getting forms for them to reduce my rates.

The gutters took a few more days as these were subcontracted, but also turned out beautifully.
