I found Express on HomeAdvisor. I wanted to use the HomeAdvisor/ Home Revitalization Program as a way to pay for the work. They were not part of the program yet but quickly joined, which helped us a lot. On day one, Cristiano and his crew showed up 10 minutes early and informed me that instead of the 3 days of work I was quoted, they would be able to finish in 2 days. The Dustless technologies they used, while not perfect, really reduced the amount of clean up after sanding. By 5:00 pm on day 2, the final coat of sealant was dry and we could walk on the floors again. I honestly don't have a single complaint about my experience with Express Refinishing.

Express Refinishing could also add "professional movers" to their list of refinishing services. We had our wood floors sanded and refinished at an honest and fair price, and it included moving our heavy furniture. Cristiano and his team did an overall great job. They're honest and hard workers. Great job! I had prefinished red oak with v groves between each board. They sanded down past the grooves and after they were completed, the floors looked brand new. Very helpful with color. Prompt and always on time. They did a fantastic job. I couldn’t t be happier!

His team was up for the challenge and did and outstanding job! From sanding to install to staining and finishing he did all work himself with his team. Cristiano and team did a beautiful job replacing our old floors with new hardwood. His guys started on the day we decided on and came everyday till the job was done, sometimes working late into the evening and even on Saturdays to get the job done. It was a lot work, leveling out the floors and installing new wood and stairs. If i had concern it was addressed in a timely fashion. The end result is fantastic. Awesome! After getting 7 estimates to refinish 553 square feet of Red Oak floor in our 1932 bungalow, we decided to hire Chris. Each estimate highlighted something different about the floors but Chris noted them all. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am on the first day as expected. They were clean, courteous, and organized. We had vinyl tile pulled out of our kitchen and hardwoods put in their place. Although it was not easy to get the wood to match the hardwood in the dining room, Cristiano and his team did everything to make sure we were pleased with the results. It looks awesome!!! Great job!

My hardwood floors were in such bad shape that I thought they were not able to save them. there was ceramic tile plastered on part of it and pet stains in a bedroom but with their expertise and attention to detail these floors look like brand new I highly highly recommend them.

Unbelievable! We already had wood floors in several rooms and wanted to have wood flooring laced into our existing flooring. Cristiano’s attention to detail and knowledge of wood flooring was exceptional. Work began on time everyday, progress updates were provided on a daily basis and when additional request were made they were received with a positive attitude by all of the employee's. These guys are probably one of the best in Denver. I've had several floors refinished for my properties and many issues with other companies. Express refinishers do a fantastic job using only the best poly. They refinished my oak floors in Morrison on time, ahead of schedule and they recommended the Bona Traffic HD because we rent on Airbnb. They take the extra time to plastic off the area so no dust gets into other areas of the house. If you're refinishing your floors look no further. The price is right where it should be for fast, professional service.
