We Don's replace are 2 car door on 7/1/2016 Jordan did a great job.He was very detail oriented and explained everything he was doing. Don stopped by to help remove the old door it was nice to meet the owner. Affordable pricing I would highly recommend them.

I had a broken gear sprocket on an old opener. Called Don's not knowing what the problem was. They were great! Easy to book an appointment. Called early day of to notify when they were on the way. Arrived on time, with quick installation. Up front about the price after figuring out the problem. I didn't know the brand when I called but they had the part on hand and the whole fix was about 30 minutes. Technician was super nice and polite. Works like a charm now!

Phenomenal. The customer service was 5 star. The door is perfect! Robert was a pleasure to work with. Got the job done in the time allowed and did it perfect. This company is run very well. Will highly recommend Don's Garage Doors.

Great and friendly customer service. Quick to come out and provide a free estimate and then in turn were installing my new garage door 2 days later. Didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or try and tack on any hidden fees. I paid what I was quoted. Put me in a great quality door at an excellent price. Seth took care of me from start to finish and was AMAZING! He took great pride in his craft and was very knowledgeable. Completed a perfect install and went over everything top to bottom and answered any and all questions. The installation was quick and clean. Left my garage and drive cleaner than when he started. Best experience I've ever had with a contractor hands down.

We were very impressed by Don's Garage Doors and Jordan's service. They were polite from our first interaction on the phone, making the appointment. Don's was able to come out within 48 hours, on a Saturday and take a look at our old doors. They were able to get the new product in quickly and installed efficiently. The doors look great and I would recommend Don's Garage Doors based on both service and product quality.

We had originally called A1 Garage Doors to repair the opener they installed 3 years ago only to find that they would not service it or honor their own lifetime warranty (see my review). After calling Sommer directly (the manufacturer) I was referred to Don's Garage Doors. I spoke with Adam and within minutes he had an appointment set for us the next day (Saturday 4/9/16) with a window of 11am-1pm. I received a call the next morning at 10:20am from Robert who had finished his previous service call early and asked if it was ok that he show sooner than 11am. Robert is amazing..extremely professional, honest, and PREPARED! He was able to accurately identify the problem and said he would return Tuesday with the appropriate replacement parts...and he did! Assistance was needed from Sommer to repair the opener and unfortunately (no fault of Robert's) Don, the owner, was required to come the next day to fix the problem and be able to speak with Sommer during their business hours.Today, our garage door is operational again.Don, it is obvious that you run not only a reputable but an ethical business. You should be very proud of your staff and the enthusiasm they have for ensuring that people are treated with courtesy and professionalism. I hope you are thankful for Robert because it was obvious in speaking with him that he truly enjoys being part of your team. If I could give your business 10 stars I would. Thank you for everything. You have just earned yourself a lifelong customer.

So, yeah, it is weird to see all these 5-star reviews. Well, I'm here to add another one.I walked into the garage Wed morning, Apr 13 to find a broken garage door spring. Called Don's about 9am. They had an open slot in my neighborhood between 2 and 4 pm, I took it.Technician Jordan arrived, very personable and knowledgeable, polite and professional. Within about 40 minutes or so, I had two new garage door springs, and two new steel lifting cables (good thing Jordan discovered how frayed they were - they were about to go).The total price was only a few dollars more than I paid a different company five years earlier for just a new spring.There you go - Five Stars.

So pleased with my experience with Don's Garage Doors. Called and left a message Sunday afternoon, Melissa called me Monday morning and had an appointment time available for that afternoon. The technician was not only on time, he was running early and called to let me know he could meet earlier if needed. On top of the great service, I was so pleased to find out I only needed a (major) tune up, and would only need to pay the Service Call fee - no hardselling me into a new garage door and opener or anything of the like. Highly recommend Don's Garage Doors for all your garage needs - would definitely call again!

My wife called Don's Garage Doors on Feb. 25, 2016 to request service and a quote. Spoke with Tammy, whom was the first line of defense for the company, and she was amazing on the phone and was very professional and polite. Sam came out the very next day and went over all our options to fix the existing door to replacing the door all together. I never got the sales pitch and it made it very easy to make our decision for a new door with the professionalism and knowledge that he provided of where, what, when, how. Don himself even came to the house to check in to make sure we were taken care of. We ordered door!! Today they arrived, replaced the door, cleaned up and left our home without even knowing anyone was there. Everything happened the way Don's Garage Doors said it would happen, the times and dates were the way we discussed, and more importantly the price was firm, and at the end of the day WAY less than several other companies we spoke with. In my opinion Don's Garage Doors is spot on, Never a sales pitch, or up-sell, Great customer service, from Tammy, to Sam, to Don, and I would refer this company to anyone whom would need help with the garage whether it be service, maintaining, or repairs. FIVE STARS!!!

I was referred to Don's by a realtor, and I was most thankful as there so many garage door companies in the Denver area. From the initial call to the completed work, the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. I was called in advance of their arrival, which saved me a great deal of time. Sam was prompt and courteous. He completed the work professionally, as well as efficiently. He was so pleasant and helpful when answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work. They are all-around the best company I have ever used.

Seth came in early and replace the springs (old one was broken) and replaced a hinge that had separated from the garage door. Very polite and helpful individual. Very satisfied with the service.

Another month, another crisis. Double Door spring broke Tuesday; Sterling arrived today and repaired and lubricated new spring set and door and opener both work perfectly. In and out in one hour, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service. Thanks!

Phenomenal experience with Don's Garage Service today. We had a situation come up and they were able to come out next day. The service guy was even 45 minutes early! Awesome. He was courteous and professional pointing out how to maintain our door and even fix things ourselves. Their price was reasonable $100 for labor and parts. I will definitely call them for any garage door issue.

Gerrit with Don’s Garage Doors came out and provide me with a WOW experience!!! Don originally came out years ago and stapled a business card near my opener. I gave them a call and set an appointment for a couple hours later. I got off the phone and within 10 minutes I got a call on my cell from Gerrit. He said he could be over in about 10-15 minutes. He showed up and took great care to my garage door and doubled checked everything and reviewed with me everything he did. The price they charged was what I thought it would be for the service he provide. Don thanks for hiring good people like Gerrit.

I bought an older home with barn doors on the garage. You know, the ones that slide on a rail. A carpenter was called to re size the opening. Then I called Andy at Don's Garage Doors. Very good experience and I compliment Andy coming over to talk with my carpenter and order the right size door. All went well except the door to the garage hit the rail. Andy and Ryan came back the next morning and made the necessary adjustments. Their word is golden.

Garrett came out the same day I called. I decided I needed to have the whole door and opener replaced. He gave me a quote and did the replacement the next day, which was great as I was tight for time. Garrett did a great job. Very thorough and well done. Made sure I was happy with the work before he left. Good company to work with.

Don's Garage Doors is everything we had hoped for and more. We broke our door on Friday evening. Called Saturday morning and scheduled an estimate for early Monday. Seth provided several options and was very straight forward about our options, his pricing and services. We placed our order and received a call back that same afternoon indicating the doors and opener we had selected were in stock.

Seth and Don worked together on the install. They were professional, friendly and answered a ridiculous number of questions from my husband and me. They were thorough and efficient. The replacement doors and new opener are awesome and so much quieter than our old equipment.

I don't believe I have had a more pleasant experience than dealing with this company and their technician, Gerrit. They promptly arranged a time to install a battery backup opener and Gerrit did a superb job of installation. Then he spent extra time programming the home link systems in our cars. He carefully explained the system and the accessories I purchased to go with it. The installation was quick and trouble free. I highly recommend this company and its polite and professional representatives.

They showed up when they said they would and did the work for the price they quoted on the phone. Prompt, professional and honest. It seems like such a simple formula, but it never ceases to amaze me how many vendors can't seem to manage it. I would recommend Don's to anyone.

Gerrit came out to my house yesterday. Nice guy and knowledgeable. My garage is incredibly old and nothing could fit in there due to headroom problems. So even though no work was completed I thought the process went well. Plus he called beforehand to see if he could show up early! What contractor shows up early these days?!?

Fantastic place! My roommate ran into my garage and messed everything up. He called Don's Garage Doors and we had a service call in less than 24 hours. Only the track needed to be replaced. Everything was tightened and only what was necessary was done. The total came out to just over $100. We were expecting it to be a lot more. I had a great experience. I highly recommend them. The phone quote was much higher than what was charged. The fix took about an hour. FANTASTIC!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. A technician came out the next day on Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem and set to repairing the garage door. Within an hour everything was completed. The garage door works fine now. The cost for the service was fair and reasonable. My husband found himself trapped in our garage because our garage door would not open. I called Don’s Garage and Eric answered the phone. He secured an appointment for me the next day and was polite and answered all my questions. The morning of the appointment I called to change the time and the courteous female who answered fit me into an appointment within 3 hours of my call. My tech, John, arrived at the scheduled time and even called me 15 minutes before his arrival. John diagnosed and solved the problem right away. He was done within 30 - 45 minutes and took the time to explain to me what broke on the door. The price was manageable and I highly recommend using this company for your residential garage door if you find yourself with a broken garage door.

I came home after a long day only to have my garage door make a huge snapping sound as it was opening -- it wouldn't move and it was nowhere near level anymore. One of the cables had snapped!

I bought my home about a year and a half ago, and I've always noticed the business card attached to the garage wall next to the opener -- Don's Garage Doors.

It was 4:30PM on a Thursday, and I was worried that I'd have a garage door stuck half open all night. I live in a decent neighborhood but you can never be too careful. I called the number on the site and within 30 minutes Don arrived.

He got the door straightened out, replaced the cable, bent the track back into place, and performed a tune-up on the whole system. The door has never opened or closed as smoothly and has never been this quiet.

The amount he charged me was extremely fair -- I would have expected more for such excellent service. I'll never hesitate to call him again.

My experience with Don's was great! I sent an email explaining the issue and the next morning I had a response with availability. They provided a quote based on my issue (which was comparable to other companies I contacted) and we were able to get them out the following day, on a Saturday.

Seth was the technician that came to do the work. He called to let me know when he was on his way, he arrived during the scheduled window and got the work completed quickly. He recommended some items that it would be good for me to replace, but it wasn't a pushy sales spiel. He walked me through the repair he did and how to do the maintenance on my new springs to ensure they lasted a long time. It was a great experience and I will definitely call them again in the future.

Outstanding customer service by Tammy and Ryan at Don's Garage Doors.

I spoke with Tammy over the phone multiple times to set up an estimate, schedule the garage door replacement, collaborate with our insurance company, and follow-up repair. She was always professional, polite, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely suggest requesting Tammy when you call as she is the go-to person.

Ryan made the house call to give a bid, replace the door, and check for a small problem (my fault - I disconnected a wire when sweeping out wall crevices). He was a patient listener, answered all my questions, was friendly and completed the work efficiently.

I had Donald Szynskie install garage doors at 2 houses. The color selection was good and ... both still work fine! I love the insulated door available for the winter climate. I was so pleased that I recommended Don's Garage doors to my son when he bought a house in Arvada. I have been using Don's Garage door service for nearly 13 years. His service has always been good. No pressure to buy or update. He will recommend if he sees areas of concerns. What is very important to me about his company they are trust worthy, friendly and honest. I have recommend him to other friends and they were happy with the work Don's organization did. There has been a few times when I had a small problem and I was able to talk to someone at the shop and they told me what to do. They seem to value as a customer and want to keep you as a customer in the future.

Don's garage door offered prompt friendly service. They came and fixed my door about 90 minutes after I called them. Kelly worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. They were true to the price they quoted me and did not try to sell me anything extra that was not needed. I would definitely refer them.
