After getting several bids to have my basement insulated, I chose to hire Juan and his crew. Wow, what a great decision. They did a great job and I highly recommend them. They are reasonably priced, prompt, and professional.

Our house is a bi-level so the floor of the upstairs is 4’-8” above ground level. The kitchen was added on to many years ago to add a dining area. The floor of this area is very cold in winter. We had 6” of foam spray done by Juan and the guys. I know working under that area is a real job just moving around as I removed all the old sheathing and fiberglass insulation myself. The guys had no complaints having to ‘crab’ walk around under the area. The crew was careful to protect everything from overspray with plenty of screening. The job looks well done, they cleaned up afterwards and I expect a much warmer floor this winter. All the guys were courteous and professional and stood by the price Juan quoted me over the phone a couple weeks prior.

Great service, quick and efficient. Gave me an estimate quickly and was a great value. I had my crawl space done, looking forward to a warm family room this winter. Plus it provided me with more storage space. Yeah!

Juan gave me an estimate to do some insulation in my basement. He was kind, easy to talk to, and gave me a very competitive bid. I asked him to get the work done two days after he gave me the bid and he was able to accommodate my schedule. Two days later the installers came out and installed the insulation. They were wonderful! I highly recommend!

I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of work done by Denver Insulation. The crew was at my home on time and worked consistently until the job was completed. They cleaned up the minimal mess they made and answered any questions we asked. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone else needing insulation for their home. They supply quality insulation at a reasonable price and their work is superior. Our house temperature is easier to regulate now and our utility bills have never been better. Denver Insulation added blown-in insulation over old existing in our attic to go from R19 to R38. We wanted the two attic doors insulated so they covered the opening with plastic and filled above with insulation at no extra charge. They invited us to look at the work from their ladder when they were finished. They removed related trash and vacuumed up loose insulation before they left. The only hitch was their Buy/Sell Agreement in which they disclaim any and all warranties, much as if you were buying a car from them. At a minimum there should have been an Owen-Corning warranty.

The team works with both rolled and blown-in insulation. They did a great evaluation of my needs, and we went with a blown-in insulation solution to solve a frequent pipe freezing problem in my bathroom. They were also willing to take a smaller job, that some of the other contractors wouldn't. From estimation to completion was only a few days.

Best price and quality work. We are happy we selected Denver Insulation LLC. We contacted several companies and had a wide range of bids. Those contractors that qualified for energy rebates jacked their prices up leaving the customer with no savings. Denver Insulation LLC gave us a fixed rate based on square footage, showed up on time, completed the work efficiently.
