The salesman was right on time, and very friendly. He said that they really only provide one service: injecting a foam-like substance below a foundation to shore things up or prevent heaving - an alternative to mud jacking. But he reassured us that he didn't think that our foundation was in trouble and advised us to put a French drain into our retaining wall to keep it in good shape. He told us that we would be receiving an official report back from the company once he took all the measurements and notes to the engineers. He left us with the impression that everything was fine, and nothing needed to be done at the foundation level, his only recommendation was the French drain. After over a week with no word from the company, we sent an email asking about the report. One was sent fairly promptly in reply, but it had almost no resemblance to what the salesman said when he was at our house. He had said that our garage floor was not poured correctly, but at the time he said not to worry about it. The emailed report instead reiterated that the garage was not done properly and referred us to a list of structural engineers. It did continue to say that this company could not help us. The disconnect between what we heard in person and what they felt confident enough to put in writing was somewhat disturbing. We are getting the opinion of another foundation repair company rather than following their structural engineer advice because it was so inconsistent.
I don't have any complaints about them. They have a newer method of mud jacking that helps. The people are professional. The first guy didn't do it right, but I worked with them about it and they came out and got the job done.
Workers neat and tidy considering the type of repair. Job well done!
We had CST do some stabilization in our garage as part of our home warranty because the floor had dropped a little over an inch in the middle across the double car side and about half an inch in the front of the garage.
I met with Tom Henkel who was great and he knew his business.
The 2 man crew that came to do the injection were great as well. Very cordial and helpful. It was amazing watching as they did the injections and the floor raising back to the original location.
Another thing was nice since we had our floor finished after we moved in was they only had to drill 5/8" holes at points to raise the floor. Barely noticeable with the finished floor. Sure beats tearing our 2/3 of the floor and replacing it then having to have it all refinished again.
The work crews performing the work were great and we are pleased with the results- it’s as if they were never there (with the exception that the foundation is no longer sinking and the cracks in the walls are now sealed back up). There was some confusion and miscommunication on the billing aspect, but they responded rather quickly and the confusion was resolved. Overall, a good company and better solution than many others without gimmicks- they’ll tell you what’s needed, how they can fix it, and what the outcome will be.
Great staff!
Dana and Damien, thank you so much for getting our basement slab properly leveled. Not every company stands behind their work as CST has for us. I am sure that the expansive soils in our neighborhood have been a problem for others as well, and we will be happy to recommend your company, with confidence, should any of our neighbors ask for a reliable company concrete stabilization company!
I actually cancelled this company two times but Scott talked me off the ledge! I am so happy he did. He always kept me informed. They were here right on time. They are so professional and the job they did is supreme. They were here from noon until 6 p.m. lifting concrete in my driveway and sidewalk. My house is only 10 years old but I live on a slope and have sinking problems with my entire yard. They also stabilized my deck that is 12 feet off the ground. They fixed everything on the list and left a very clean work site. I would highly recommend CST for any concrete or foundation problems.
was about to give up on having the mud-jacking subbed out because of how un-impressed I was with one CST's competitors. CST arrived promptly after our phone conversation and explained what they could do for my client and gave a reasonable price and had a crew there the next morning. That crew was Damian and Paul, two talented and professional tradesmen. They did a phenomenal job and were efficient and delightful to work with. The homeowner and I were very impressed and totally satisfied. It sure is a nice change to get more than you bargained for!!!!!
We were impressed with the quality work done by your workers and the way this technology was used in this application. We believe raising the foundation as a result of the expansive materials brings it close to the original position and more importantly stabilizes the soils to prevent any future settling. We know this was caused by poor drainage at the corner of the house which we corrected a couple of years ago. Thanks you for your good work.
Quality and speed of repair were excellent!
This summer has provided two opportunities to compare the burden of removal and replacement to CST’s ability to restore settle concrete panels. Our first opportunity was the result of the installation of a new water main for a mixed-use commercial/residential project which resulted in many phone calls from nearby businesses, distressed motorist who had to travel the detour routes, and concerned citizens who had to deal with increased traffic on residential streets. Our second experience with pavement replacement has resulted in lane reductions for both directions of traffic and the associated user delay caused by reduced roadway capacity. With CST’s repairs, traffic was back to normal in a few hours.
They went the extra mile to do anything it took to go the best possible job. The crew was the best and took their time and the results prove it. I would use them again and again. Thanks!
A knowledgeable man came to discuss my problem and then sent me a quote for the work I needed. The office followed up to schedule my work and the work crew called when they were on the way to do the work with an estimated time of arrival. The work crew determined exactly what they needed to do and completed the work and answered all my questions.
They were excellent! It is not often that you hire someone and the job turns out much better than you expected t to. They downplayed what they could do, not promise the moon. We were very pleased and have recommended them to several people already.
Because of cracking to our drywall upstairs and doors sticking, I contacted CST for their assistance in determining the cause and in advising as to whether or not they could help me.
The company responded promptly to my call and readily provided me with an appointment to have one of their consultants come to my home. Cliff was prompt, professional and was most helpful with advice and information as to likely solutions to the problems, even though he felt that his company was not able to offer their services (piers, etc) in our case.
Installed two piers. They bolted two metal plates to the foundation instead of L-brackets mounted under foundation-footer. They said they couldn't find the footer, at least that's how I understood the process.
Cliff came to look at the cracks on the wall. He said we might need one maybe two piers. We called him about two weeks later. He said he would send someone out to give us a final assessment. Jim came out and said we would need two piers. We scheduled a date. Jim was here with his crew even earlier than he said. They were very prompt, efficient and professional. We felt very comfortable with the whole process from this company,as opposed to other companies that we contacted.
Stabilized front porch that was cracking and sinking by filling voids with 2 part high density polyurethane material. Raised and leveled driveway by filling voids with 2 part high density polyurethane material. This is not mud jacking.
Called and left message and they promptly returned my call. Set up an appointment for the following week. Their estimator arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. Their crew arrived a little late for their appointment but had called to let us know that they would be late. They were very professional and went right to work. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes. I am very satisfied with the job that they did. They warrant their work for 10 years.
Raised and stabilized foundation using UDI method. Work involved drilling multiple hole through foundation slab and injecting HDP material through the holes which expands to fill voids, lift and/or realign concrete slabs.
Overall the procedure was good. The estimator was very helpful and responsive. An expectation of the total number of inches the foundation would be raised did pose some concern. After discussion with the company, and choosing this method, which is less expensive than piercing, this expectation was satisfied.
CST repaired my front porch and sidewalk slabs, using modern compounds to raise them to the original levels.
Estimate was honest and complete. Crew arrived on time and were very professional. The results are amazing. My porch is as good or better than new.
Pumped up sinking room
Could not believe how easy they made it look. Most helpful and room now put back the way it was before ground settled
Excellent team, incredible work, attentive, honest, reliable and timely.
I've waited for some time to rate this company. I wanted to make sure the product worked and it does. We were having bad water problems in the basement in 2013-14. After CST performed a soil test we found a void under our front porch and loosely pack soil around the foundation. They injected a foam to fill the voids. We've had more moisture this year than last and not one problem. The only negative comment is that the foam residue does not clean up and we have several spots on front door, front patio and in the storage area in the basement where it expanded into. If you’re having problems make sure to call CST and get their input. You won’t regret it.
Don't even hesitate. You will not be disappointed. Speak with Robert Strobel, of Denver. He is terrific!
Thanks so much for your extra effort & time. Our conversation was very beneficial and your attention to our concern was a great example of a truly dedicated professional. A great example of someone just trying to make someone else day just a bit better, we need more of that, don't we!!!
This is good stuff and it really works!! Amazing people to work with. Give it a try.
My family and I purchased a house along the foothills in 2001. Prior to purchasing the house we hired an engineer to inspect the home for foundation issues. At that time no movement had occurred. A couple of years later I noticed that one corner of the basement was dropping fairly substantially. I contacted the engineer who had inspected the home and he reported that this was not an uncommon occurrence where the house is located and suggested and gave me the name of a mud jacking company. To make a long story short, I had the mud jackers come out to lift the basement. If you are not familiar with the mud jacking process let me just mention how messy the process is. I had slate floors and the mud jackers drilled 3 to 4 inch diameter holes, not only around the corner of the basement that was sinking, but all along the back wall. The drilling and pumping was very loud. There was so much dust and dirt everywhere. The holes were then filled with cement and were highly visible. But, I was ok as long as this cured the problem. I wrote a check and the basement was lifted.
Not even a year later I noticed the basement sinking again. This time I hired a mud jacking company that supposedly used a different mix of mud product, a more expensive mix, and one that would hold better. I went through the mess, paid a larger check and the basement was again lifted. The next year I noticed it sinking again.
This time around I contacted a different foundation engineer that came highly recommended. This engineer came to my home to inspect the problems I was having. This engineer then recommended me to a company by the name of CST and their Uretek product. I had never heard of this company or the product. Pam Langan from CST came to my house, viewed the problem and felt that their product would be applicable. Pam then scheduled Roy Mathis from CST, to come out and inspect the basement. The Uretek treatment was going to be initially more expensive then mud jacking, however in the long run it would be more economical and less disruptive to our home and family life. If this treatment worked, I would not need to hire, pay and then clean up after a mud jacker ever 12 months or so.
The CST people performed test so they would know where to drill and how deep. The holes they drilled were so small (1/2”), which they drilled into the grout between the slate tiles. Even now, you cannot tell were they drilled unless you are down on your hands and knees and really look. The Uretek product, which expands and hardens, was pumped into the foundation at deeper levels. When CST was finished there was very little mess. The CST technicians took care to clean up after themselves and were very aware this was a home and respected both the family and the home.
Over a year later, I am happy to report that I have no visible sinking. I contacted Pam and Roy prior to my one-year workmanship warranty to report that one of my basement doors was sticking slightly. Both Pam and Roy very quickly scheduled an appointment to come to the home. Both Roy and Pam felt there may be a slight settlement (less then 1/8”) and extended my warranty so that we could keep an eye on the basement to ensure customer satisfaction.
In closing, I would not hesitate to recommend CST and the Uretek treatment. To date, I am happy with the outcome of my basement. I feel that CST dealt with me fairly and honestly and the real bonus is that they stand behind their work. I would recognize both Pam Langan and Roy Mathis as being knowledgeable and caring. Last but not least, it is important to know that I am not getting any sort of compensation for writing this letter these were my experiences that I chose to share.
They are not just in it for the money. They were upfront and told us exactly what they could and could not do.
They went the extra mile to do anything it took to go the best possible job. The crew was the best and took their time and the results prove it. I would use them again and again. Thanks!
I appreciated their service. I appreciate the way my driveway looks. I appreciate their courteous service. Thanks!

Thank you for your phone call regarding the recent repairs completed by CST on Orchard Drive. I am pleased to report that all three locations were repaired in two days, and the actual cost for the repairs was less than what was estimated.
I was especially pleased with the pavement repair around the vault near 1500 South. Your crews were able to lift the smaller section of concrete pavement between the vault lid and the curb and gutter back into place – which I thought would be an impossible task. Now when I have to travel south on Orchard Drive, I look forward to the opportunity to drive over that repair, instead of changing lanes to avoid the former hazard.

We were buying a house that needed a new porch. Unfortunately the hiring decision was out of our hands. We did receive a call from Concrete Stabilization Technologies and would have hired him if it were up to us. He was great to talk with and we have referred him to others already.

Just wanted to say thanks for coming out on Fri to check out my fallen
basement and garage floors and getting your crew, Tom, out the same day to correct these problems. I'd had a lot of stress about the potential
invasiveness of the fix and at my age that's probably not good! I was
delighted to see that the fallen basement and garage floors could be made "as good as new" in a couple hours without all the mess I imagined. Tom, your crew were really professional and did a superb job. We sincerely appreciate the good work. Regards.

Roy,
I hope this finds you and yours well and you had a good winter.
Just got back from Arizona for the winter and wanted to give you an update on our house . I am very impressed!, not one new crack or sign of any further movement. You guys did a great job and the house seems very stable now. No doors out of square, roof looks normal and deck is now level. Glad to see it made it at least one year with the fix and hopefully many more to come.
Thanks again for you expertise!
Cliff, I want to let you know how pleased we are with the results of the work you did for us.
You arrived on time and started right away. There was no dust or mess from the drilling and very little noise. The crew worked hard and were obviously very experienced. They worked well with keeping me informed of the progress.
They cleaned up the area exceptionally before they left.
Again we're very pleased and already have recommended CST to friends.
It has been a pleasure doing business with you and Concrete Stabilization Technology, Inc. Your company's exemplary reputation became evident at Denver's Home and Garden Show when the first booth we approached (I believe it was a concrete company) to inquire about lifting our basement and garage slab directed us, without hesitation, to CST's booth. The professionalism, knowledge and patented process you exhibited convinced us to look no further. While I'm certain you spoke to hundreds of potential customers, only a few probably followed up; yet you represented your company as though we were your most important prospect of the day.
CST never failed to do what you/they said they would do. From delivering an estimate as promised to showing up as scheduled is a rare treat anymore. As I said earlier today, this has been one of the very few times in my life when a job has gone according to plan. If there's gum to be stepped in or a nail to be run over, you can bet it's going to be me who finds them.
CST certainly met our expectations, and finished the job in one-fifth of the estimated time (not your fault! Who could possibly see through that mess in the basement and garage?). Casey, the foreman, was beyond accommodating and, I believe, went above and beyond being careful with our most valuable asset, our house and the possessions that fill it.
The garage floor came up five and one-half inches on one side. We parked three vehicles in it that night. Go figure! A warranty, to boot. How can one go wrong?
Not only that, my husband has no complaints, which says it all.
Gerry and I want to thank you and your crew for the professional way all our work has been handled. None of us wanted a problem with this floor, but we are certainly pleased with the outcome. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their name and product when problems do arise. This is a rare commodity in today's market and greatly appreciated.
We are quite impressed with your technology, and would not hesitate to give a glowing recommendation to anyone in need of concrete lifting.
Thanks again for all your efforts.
