Columbine replaced my roof quickly & efficiently! Christine was very professional, prompt & thorough. The roofing crew removed the old shakes & put on the new asphalt shingles in one day, They were very courteous, & left no trash, I highly recommend them!

First of all, Bob our appraiser, worked closely with S.F. adjuster by thoroughly pointing out all of our damage from last years hail storm. The roofing crew worked quickly, efficiently and did quality work. Everyone, including the office folks were pleasant and accommodating. Owner, Dutch, said we would be very happy with Columbine & their work....and he was right! We plan to recommend Columbine Roofing in the future.

We recently had a bad hail storm tear up our neighborhood, so most of the roofs in Castle Rock needed to be replaced. Tons of out of state companies showed up at my door, but I was happy to see that Columbine was actually local and seems to already have some great reviews. This was the first time my wife and I have ever had to put in a major claim to insurance let alone understand what the process is to replacing a roof / gutters etc. The staff was super helpful setting up an appointment and Dave with Columbine walked us through the whole process up front. The communication was fantastic the entire time and Dave really made it easy for us working through insurance to get everything handled. They knocked it out in one day and I have had no issues since. I would absolutely use these guys again, as the reality is another hail is going to hit sometime or another. Ask for Dave!

Had to replace roof and gutters due to hailstorm and called Columbine Roofing & Exteriors, in Castle Rock, CO. Dutch, the owner, immediately set up an appointment to come to our home and showed us some roofing samples, explained everything that needed to be done and pricing. Dutch and his crew did an excellent job reroofing our home. They were fast, dependable, took great care in covering landscaping and did clean-up when finished. The company they subcontracted to for new gutters (Absolute Gutters) also did a great job. Our roof and gutters look great! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Chris did a marvelous job of facilitating the roof inspection with the adjuster. I had many questions about the process and Chris explained them clearly and followed up with me multiple times to see if I had additional questions. He worked with my insurance company and that process was seamless. When the install was complete, I had a couple of concerns about the job and Chris was really attentive and "of service" to fix the problem. I recommend Columbine wholeheartedly.

The project manager, Christine, worked with us from the start to finish and also helped with coordination with the insurance company. She was very responsive to any questions. Once construction on the roof started, she let us know progress on almost an hourly basis. The crew was very professional and made sure construction debris was kept to minimum that spilled out into the yard. The crew and the PM did a great job of cleaning up any stray nails. Overall a great company to do business with.

Christine managed the replacement of my roof and gutters and painting of my home. She was thorough and patient, esp. when it seemed to take forever to get the payments from the insurance company. The roofing crew did their job in 1 day and were professional. Painters were fantastic and spent a considerable amount of time prepping. I am very picky about contractors and do not recommend companies whose workmanship I am not impressed with, I am comfortable recommending Columbine Roofing and Exterior and would use them again.

From the time I first called and through the repair process everyone at Columbine roofing was polite, transparent and professional. The repair work on our tile roof was performed with care and attention to detail. The price was fair and the work performed quickly. All debris was removed and the work crew was very courteous. They stayed in constant communication about timing of the project. My homeowners insurance is notoriously challenging to work with, but they stayed on top of it and got made sure that I received everything that was needed. Highly recommend!!

We had an old leak that had damaged our roof pretty badly; Columbine Roofing & Exteriors came out the next day and got right to work on it. They had to remove a section of our concrete roof tiles, all the way down to the sub-roofing, which had rotted through. They replaced it, then re-installed the roof tiles, and had everything fixed in one day. They're employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Would absolutely use them again, and would absolutely recommend!

We moved into our brand new home in April, 2014. We hadn't even made the first payment when a severe hail storm went through the area and damaged many homes. Of course there were many storm chasers that day looking to score new customers and feed on emotions. I had someone in my driveway when I got home from work (the hail had not even melted). After telling about a dozen of them to pound sand and get off of my property I ran into Rick. He happened to be meeting my neighbors who were not home at the time. We got to talking and he told me about their company. He offered just to take a quick look on my roof and would be willing to take me up and show me the damage as well. We went on the roof and he pointed the areas that the storm had damaged (pretty much the whole roof). He then mentioned that there were several code violations on my new roof (the house was BRAND NEW). So I did some research and sure enough the roof somehow passed code but I don't know how given it clearly was not in code from my perspective. I decided to hire Columbine Roofing and Exteriors and it really was the best decision I could have made. Rick walked me through the entire process, worked with me and the insurance company (in other words did not leave me out like a lot of other contractors want to do). He had top notch crews working on every area of damage on my home. When it was done, I had another new roof, complete with ridge vent instead of those ugly turtle vents, better shingles, new siding, stucco work, paint, and a lot of other damage. Also, the original flashing was silver but when the flashing and drip edges were replaced they were replaced with metal that was painted to match the house (imagine that). I am not lying when I say I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood as everyone else has silver flashing and turtle vents. This company is amazing. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an exterior contractor to contact them. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. The crews were very respectful, honest, hard working, and really did their best to make sure my home was restored to new condition. Work areas were cleaned up daily.

Needed a new roof on the house and called columbine. They came out for an estimate and explained everything thoroughly. As the price was very competitive we chose them to do the job. Completed when promised and all in a day - looks great. As this was due to hail damage they went above and beyond in working with insurance company to get some needed items not included in insurance settlement paid for. I am fairly particular but could find nothing to complain about with Columbine - definitely would use them again.

I called Columbine Roofing because I had a really bad issue with gaps where the builder didn't put in enough material between the roof and the siding. These gaps were located on right next to my three master bedroom windows. I can't remember the last time I wasn't woken up by birds pecking and making noises in the a.m. It was incredibly annoying. I had tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. The birds were making nests, pooping on my house, roof, driveway, cars, etc. I had called a pest control company and they couldn't help. I decided to call Columbine and they said they may be able to help, but they had to come out and take a look at it first. Bob, the gentleman from Columbine Roofing, came out and climbed up on the roof and inspected the situation and said he thought he could fix the gaps in the roof where the birds were living. He came back the next day with color matching materials and fixed the problem! This morning was the first time in two years I woke up without hearing birds outside of my master bedroom windows!
I couldn't be more happy! Thank you very much. I would recommend them to anyone!
