This is a great company. We've used them for a few glass services now Showers and Exterior and they have been phenomenal. Will use them again.

Chateau has completed many projects for me and we love working together. If you need windows repaired, replaced or a new shower enclosure these are your guys.

Doug and Matt did a great job with the glass for two showers in our new home. We had various special requirements including taller glass, glass-to-glass hinges, and specific locations for hardware. I had Doug and his company replace all the windows in our basement in our house. Our house was built in 1962 and the windows in the basement were original to the construction/single pane windows. One of our windows had broken in our downstairs bathroom. They were very professional, came over measured the windows and gave us a free quote. After the windows came in, they installed all of them in the course of one day. I am very impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work and now my basement is one of the best insulated areas in my house! It's amazing how much warmer it is downstairs now in the winter! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Doug and Matt were super-responsive to helping me craft a solution to fix some older Andersen Windows that weren't closing properly. Austin diagnosed the issue and came back as soon as the parts were available to install--easy peasy!

This company was amazing! We had a window break in the recent hailstorm and I was having trouble finding a company who could replace just the top panel of the window. They came out promptly when I called and were able to get everything completed very quickly and professionally when my glass order arrived. They made the process very easy and smooth, I will definitely be using them again for any glass needs that I have!

We used Chateau for a glass divider from our shower and tub in our remodel bath. Loved how they communicated with us on time frame. I especially liked the detailed price quote and they show you what the hardware will look like. Did not like how the glass installation goes delayed but it was not them but the manufacturer they used. They did comp me for that! Would definitely recommend these guys, friendly and know their business!

Wow! This company has been amazing to work with. Not only were their prices affordable compared to their competitors, but their product, quality, installation and professionalism is unmatched. We had a handful of bids from various companies for a large custom steam shower installation in our home and not only did these guys beat their competitors on price without even trying, but they also seemed so much more knowledgeable and professional as well as offered more ideas/products than their competitors. I felt extremely comfortable with them. They are extremely communicative and have fast response times, and our installation was done in no time. I highly recommend working with them and will definitely be using them again when we need new windows. 10/10!

We needed a new shower enclosure, so we did our research and contacted a couple of companies. Two of them, Chateau being one of them, came out to our house, did their measurements and within hours we had our quote. Matt with Chateau came to do the measurements and was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to use Chateau for our enclosure and they told us it would take 7-10 days to get the glass and then install would be about 2-3 hours. They had our glass in and ready to install within the 10 days they said. The two gentleman that came to install the glass were very nice and friendly as well. They were professional and did an amazing job and completed the job within the tie frame they said.

I obtained three bids for the shower glass install for my new custom shower and Chateau was the middle bid (all 3 were within $100 of one another). We decided to go with Chateau for three reasons: 1) They said that the glass would be made in two weeks (the other 2 bids stated 4-6 weeks) 2) The measure and bid was done so detailed and meticulous with a laser. 3) The contractor, Nelson Construction had used Chateau in the past and recommended them for the quality of the work. The install team arrived on time and did a super job with the installation. Left the bathroom clean and gave us tips and suggestions for the care of the glass. Highly recommend Chateau.

Matt came out to check on our leaking glass block window. He quickly determined why it was leaking and he came back the following week to fix it. They were prompt and affordable. Will definitely remember them if/when we need to replace any windows.

Doug did a great job walking me thru all the options for my shower glass and helping me select the options that fit my space and budget. The install team was on time and courteous and did it right the first time. I like to do most of my home improvements myself but I'm glad I had this glass work done for me. Would recommend.

The job was smooth, professional, and of very high quality. We will be using them again when we redo other bathrooms in our home. I can not recommend this company enough.

These guys did a great job with our shower door. They came to measure, ordered custom-cut glass, and installed within about two weeks. They were a bit less expensive than the other two companies I contacted and very pleasant to work with.

Everything from first contact, to measurements, quote, installation, and final payment was seamless & easy. The guy who measured asked questions and provided excellent advice on sizing and placement. The guys that did installation were very efficient & both mirrors look awesome! Everyone I spoke to or communicated with via email, was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The online payment options made it very easy to take care of invoices. Highly recommend!

I ordered some windows for my basement through these guys and I have nothing but awesome things to say. Their price was very comparable to the chain stores; they showed on time and we're able to quickly and cleanly remove my old windows and install the new ones. It has been about a month or two since they completed the work, we have had some rain and snow and I have not had a single issue with the windows. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for windows or doors. I will definitely use them again for my other windows.

The brother crew did a great job, working well together to install my front door. Made sure everything was working properly before they left and were prompt to come back out to clean up subsequent overflow of foam installation. Waiting to have them come back and finish installing storm and back door. I highly recommend them for any job related to windows and glass and doors.

I was impressed with their communication. Our job was part of an insurance claim and it was more difficult to find matching windows. They kept me updated on finding window replacements, were willing to explain everything I needed to know, and when they would be able to be installed. The employees were great and willing to go beyond what they had to get our windows replaced. I would hire them again.

These guys are great!! After another local company failed to communicate after they did their measurements, Chateau was happy to come out, do the measurements and have our new shower enclosure fabricated. Then they installed it and it looks awesome!! All for a great price. Their installation team was very friendly and efficient and took great care in our home. We are now getting an estimate from them to install new windows in our basement.

Phenomenal responsiveness and great service! Austin at Chateau quickly diagnosed the issue with 6 older Andersen windows that didn't close properly. Doug and Matt helped me order the proper parts directly from Andersen and Austin immediately installed them. Crisis averted!

Chateau replaced our 100yr old windows with Anderson windows and they are such a huge difference already! Like, we can actually open all our windows (historical house owners, you understand). Great communication and workmanship, we are beyond happy with the results! They are the best!
