Champion only fell short of my expectations with the silicone. I didn't quite understand that that was what they were going to use for finishing, although I probably had no choice in the matter. I had originally tried to work with Renewal by Anderson and the experience was just dreadful. They were just awful to work with. Working with Kurt and with Champion was just great.

They put in a sliding glass door for me, and they had to remove brick. There is no damage, and it looks like the door has always been there. I highly recommend Champion.
They had to cut into a wall to install the sliding glass door. They had to do construction, and I was impressed with the quality of the work and their timeliness. They were done in a day - within 7 hours - and it looks beautiful.
One of the panels of the garage door had a hole. He immediately made arraignments to have it fixed. Jane was super helpful.

We were surprised when we received the call that our windows were ready for installation 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I was shocked when we called the scheduling lady back on Monday and got a next day appointment for the installation. The installation crew were very professional and great to work with, in fact I didn't even realize that the windows were taken out upstairs while I was working in the basement. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to replacing the rest of our windows with the Champion product.

I wanted to thank you for getting us involved with Champion Windows. This has been one of the best investments we have made in our home. The windows look great and have made a remarkable improvement to our home. The first thing we noticed was how quiet our home became. As you may remember our home backs to I-25. The night our windows were installed was the first night in 25 years that we didn't hear the highway. The week after our windows were installed it got back up in the nineties. What a difference our Champion Windows made. In the past our air conditioner would have to run all day to keep the temperature in our home below 74%. Even in the nineties it stayed cool in the house without the AC running. We have never actually sat down to figure out how much we've saved in the utilities but our bills were much lower this winter and I'm sure we will save even more this summer. Thank you again!
