I contracted with Jacob for the foundation of my home addition. During our first meeting he looked through all our plans, understood the scope of work, and even read our soil report to make sure he understood the requirements of this job. Jacob is a talented designer! He flew a drone over our yard and then created different plans for our concrete patio. We live on a hill, so he created a 2 tier patio. The stairs he designed are amazing and give us maximum space on the lower section. His crew was always on time and worked at our house daily until the project was finished. They also replaced our driveway and front porch. Jacob was excellent in written and verbal communication. He is trustworthy, talented and dependable.

Carey did our whole backyard project, concrete, grading and the sod. It wasn’t an easy yard to do either, but its beautiful and Carey really is a pleasure to work with!

Jacob was fantastic. I have a challenging backyard layout and he came up with some great ideas in terms of water mitigation as well as creative ideas for the layout. He has a great vision but is easy to work with . I had some questions as did my wife easily integrated our concerns with the new design. He has no ego and just wanted to make us happy. He was always on time and his workers were fantastic. They were clean tidy and not very loud. I would definitely recommend Jacob and his team for any project that you're considering.
