Justin Nokovich at Brothers Plumbing and Electric is friendly, honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He spent extra time troubleshooting an electrical issue (which turned out to be an issue from the original home builder), and that was refreshing in this day and age where speed seems to matter more than doing the job right. I can't speak for all of Brothers' technicians, but I can and do recommend Justin. I will return to Brothers in the future because of Justin's attention to detail, excellent demeanor and customer service, and his superior skills in the trade. Brothers, give this man a raise!

Marc did a fantastic job! Answered any questions and was very clean even though I instructed him that he didn't have to be. Because of the level of customer service Marc provided during his service, I can say you have earned yourself a new customer at this property.

Scott and Jason provided plumbing services for my home and were extremely professional. The work was done very well and I was made aware of potential problems I may have with the plumbing in my home. I will definitely be calling Brothers as other issues arise.

Both the dispatcher, the technician and the final outcome were above expectation. It's never fun or welcome to have an air conditioner issue, but the team at Brothers made the experience reassuring and pleasant.

We recently lost power to our home through a lightning strike. Master electrician Rick and his partner, apprentice Jacob, upon hearing the serious predicament we were in, came by Monday to scope out the problem discovered by Excell Energy. They gave an estimate and came back this morning (next day) to tackle the replacement of the distribution panel, run 3 new copper grounding wires, and upgrade our panel from 150 to 200 amps. They brought the panel up to code, a challenge given the house was built in the '70s with aluminum wire. They added a whole-house surge protector, to boot! They showed me the upgrades, and schooled me on the challenges of aluminum wiring and what to do in the future. They under-promised and over-delivered, finishing the job 2 hours ahead of projection, even cleaning up after themselves. They even let me have the burned out box with cable melted through as a trophy, and reminder of what could have been a much more serious outcome! If you need a skilled master electrician, Rick is the man you want as project lead. Jacob is close to getting his residential license, and is ready for prime time. Dare I say they even taught me a couple important homeowner techniques, mostly about safety. We now have a modern 200 amp panel with space to grow into the future, when we one day sell our home. Thanks Rick and Jacob!

Stephen, the friendly phone customer service person, was so amazing. He was so incredibly friendly, had an amazingly calm demeanor. He called me about 15 minutes before Joe showed up for service.

Joe was amazing! He listened to all of our concerns, really took a lot of time to diagnose what our issues were and gave an estimate of charges. He was so nice and patient with me! He even said that he was here to help me when I asked how I could help him when we came into the clinic. He was very honest in his findings, and was extremely helpful.

I used Brothers Plumbing twice during my first month in my new home. Gary was the plumbing technician to visit our home both times and I can not recommend him enough! He helped us reroute a pipe to properly drain our washing machine to remedy a leak we were having in the room below the laundry. In addition, he provided us with a quote for a sump pump. I appreciate Gary's honesty in that even though we asked him for a quote to install a sump pump, he listened to our flooding story, asked questions, and educated me on the purpose and functionality of a sump pump. In the end, a sump was not going to solve our problem so Gary said he hoped we would continue to rely on Brothers for future problems instead. I definitely will call Brothers any time I have a plumbing, heating or electric problem. They are a high quality one stop shop.

My experience with Brothers has always been great. I have used Justin N. for a lot of electrical work in my home and he is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He always explains everything in detail, in English 🙂 so that I know what's going on. He is always on time and when I couldn't get to my appt on time, was willing to come back a little later. We will continue to use him and Brothers for all of our house issues!

The team showed up on time. Our house had wiring problems from previous electrician and they were quick to troubleshoot the problem and fix it . Highly recommend their service. We used Brothers again for an even bigger project, they could not have done a better job. Our tech has been Justin Nokovich. He is absolutely fantastic.
