Apex Radon

Apex was great. Would highly recommend. They showed up on time, used drop clothes to minimize dirt in/out of the house. He discussed with me the options to install the system and then even came up with a better solution that required a bit more work on his part. We opened up the well together and discovered the sump pump was not working properly. He installed a new one at a reasonable price. He did a great job on hiding the large piping so as to minimize the aesthetic impact. Very responsive, very courteous.

The technician, Cheth, was really knowledgeable and efficient. Very nice guy. We had a lot that was badly done, not up to code and that was all fixed!

It’s been a few years since Apex installed the radon mitigation. We used an electronic radon detector in 2021 and all was still well below levels! No radon, no problems, all is great.

During some very heavy winds my discharge ducting blew down. Apex came out and did a nice job reinstalling the duct as warranty work. Appreciate their support.

Apex Radon was so great. They were recommended by our realtor and they did a great job. They were available quickly, we were out of town and they were able to come do the work using a lockbox so by the time we came home the work was done. They were courteous and easy to contact. The guy who handles the communication, Nicholas, was on top of it and very nice. The team of technicians did a great job, they were quick, they left no mess, and they even brought a package in for us! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs radon mitigation and crawlspace work. 10 out of 10!! The whole company is great. I connected with Troy more than a month before I moved into my new house to get details and confirm their availability. Lese got me all fixed up with an accurate quote, went over payment options, and got me scheduled weeks in advance.
Chris did my installation and was phenomenal. I showed him where I was hoping to put the system so it wouldn't be an eye sore to me. He walked the whole house and what it would take to do my option and then proposed a far superior alternative. He installed it in the back corner of my basement next to my garage and then piped it out through the garage and through the roof. Completely hides it from exterior view. He also put the fan up high so it was out of the way and minimizes noise. Incredible work. I saw loads of systems while house shopping, and his install is far and away the best I've seen.

We bought a radon test kit and tested the radon levels in our home and found out our radon levels were rather high. We checked a couple of radon companies around town and really liked the professionalism of Apex. They verified we had high radon gas levels in our home and scheduled an install for the next day and completed it that day. I highly recommend Apex Radon.

Getting a quote was easy, and i experienced no pressure tactics sales. The installer showed up on time, did a good job, and charged the agreed upon price. It doesn't get any better than that.
