Lawrence was very professional and thorough! This is our first home so we had many questions and Lawrence was very helpful at explaining things in easy-to-understand language without overwhelming us. We also appreciated the easy-to-use website and the inspection summary and full report. The documents are easy to read and the pictures helped us understand what exactly was wrong. We also appreciated that the report included information on which type of specialist to contact for specific tasks. This is all a new process to us and Lawrence/the Alpine Building team made it as easy as possible to work with!

Curtis was great. I did have a lot of questions and he did try to answer them as best as he could. What I liked most was that he did not try to provide a "fluff answer". If Curtis did not know something, he was humble enough to admit it but did give a guidance of how/who may be able to answer. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and report was detailed with clear and easy pictures.
