I cannot say enough good things about this company and the gentleman I got to work with Luis and his team came out immediately when we had a pip leak. They immediately started getting equipment in our house to dry out the water damage. Their quotes were accurate and insurance helped cover but they helped us through the whole process and made sure we understood how they were fixing our issues. They came out every day for a week and were always on time. Extremely reliable, kind and patient. So grateful they helped fix our problem so quickly.

I would like to thank Peter and Luis for their hard work and professionalism. Our faucet pipe burst in the middle of the night and caused water damage in the basement. They arrived within one hour and were able to remove all damage materials the same night and dried everything in 3 days . They had my house back to normal within a week.

Luis, José & crew did excellent work in my basement. Leaky pipe behind drywall caused mold. Effected part of room was isolated before work was done. These guys dried the basement, removed carpets, mounding and other parts, BUT ALSO brought everything back to original state, by sending in different professional contractors.

Also, got advice on colors, and they explain which quality of paint and sheens were best in different rooms. I am so pleased for the outcome and just on the paint my home looks like new. I cannot wait to use them for my upcoming home projects. Jose is always making sure the crew has everything they need. They left my house clean without any drywall dust! I highly recommend them.

I hired these guys to help with a three major water issues at one of our properties. I actually fired the other company as they not only missed another problem spot, but also were far too expensive for the work they do. They were very professional, over communicated with me on what they were doing and when they would be complete. Very respectful of my tenant. Their pricing was reasonable. They completed the job on the date promised (which you will find in the water mitigation business is not the case almost 100% of the time). When I came to inspect the work done, both with the water mitigation and the rebuild it was beyond my expectation. They were able to get everything exactly back to original condition. I can say, having just recently having water issues in my own home, that other companies do not respect your property nor are able to get the affected areas back to original condition. I would highly recommend you using them for any water mitigation or rebuild needs you have!

Had a few insurance company-supplied remediation companies come out and was less than impressed. Found these guys on nextdoor and I contacted them and they were very quick to respond. Set up the first meeting and they were prompt and very professional. And they *stayed* professional from day one until the last day. They were great in communicating with me about what they were doing and also worked well with the insurance company. While the whole situation was a big downer, they made that part of the process seamless and painless. I highly recommend them for any work needed, from water removal to repairs and restoration. Great company and great guys!

I had a very good experience with this company. They explained the whole process to me in a matter that I was able to understand what was going to happen. I had a problem with a boiler leaking that ended up causing a mold problem. The company came out and dealt with the issue right away and I had a wonderful experience with them. They worked professionally, quickly, and where very cautious to contain the problem within the area of work. I will use them again for any future projects.

I had an Emergency with my refrigerator, the water was leaking all over the floor. I was worried that I was going to have to deal with mold. It was about 11 PM when I called to see if they were available the next day, but then they said that they would handle it right then and there. It took them about 30 minutes to arrive and the whole job was done in a few hours. I highly recommend this company. Not only are they professional but they are very knowledgeable, they left me with a brochure so I can avoid situations like this. I will definitely be calling them back. Worked with Luis and his team on some water damage done to our basement. They were able to start the mitigation efforts the day I called. We went with Luis on the repairs too as they came in under other estimates we received. They did an excellent job and turned around the repairs in record time. Bunch of nice professionals.

After contacting about ten different water damage companies to help me after a room in my house flooded, they were the first to get back to me (on a Saturday evening, no less), and came to the house to check out the damage and got started the next morning. They worked quickly and cleanly to get all the ruined carpet, baseboards, and dry wall out, and they set up air movers and a dehumidifier to dry everything up. I've already sent their info on to two other people whose homes also flooded. Great service, all around!

Advanced 24/7 Restoration was at our home within 1 hour after we notified our homeowners insurance company. Their emergency response crew immediately removed damaged materials and set up drying equipment. The entire process was worry-free, and we were regularly updated by the project manager Luis, who did a great job. The place looks better than it did before the flood. The installers were very professional, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I give them 5 stars. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home under these circumstances.
