They cleaned up the leak, contacted my insurance company and helped me to find a reconstruction company to help with all the damage. I can't say enough about the amazing folks at 24/7 Flood Response! Two weeks ago, I turned on my faucet and noticed that the hot water was ice cold. Thinking the pilot light had gone out, I went in to my basement and was surprised to step on a very soggy squishy rug. There was a few inches of standing water in one part of the basement where the water heater had "ruptured." The carpet on the other side of that wall was soaked! My heart sank. I called 24/7 Flood Response and spoke with Jodi, who was wonderful! They sent Adam over that morning and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! All of his equipment was already on his truck, which was convenient and meant that I didn't have to wait for a trip to the warehouse while the standing water was silently taunting me! He set up two large dehumidifiers and 3 fans, and came back to check the next day, decided it wasn't drying fast enough and brought in 2 more fans. After 4 days, my basement was dry as a bone! I had the unfortunate situation that required the professional services of 24/7 Flood Response in February 2011. I walked downstairs to the basement one Sunday afternoon last month and came across a boatload of water surrounding my floor drain adjacent to my HVAC and water heater. A major cause for concern. My first instinct was to call the plumber, which I did. I contacted It's Done Plumbing. The plumber quickly arrived and assessed the situation. With 5 minutes he found the source; a clogged floor drain strainer. The floor drain strainer had calcium and lime deposits built up around it. Once the strainer/catch was pulled from the drain opening, any and every ounce of residual water drained. It was a big sigh of relief to know the source was located. The plumber was very knowledgeable and informative. At this point, we took a look at the craw-space below the subfloor and noticed random pools of water on the tarp covering the ground. Now we needed serious action. The plumber recommended a water extraction service, named 24/7 Flood Response. After the plumber left, I emailed 24/7. I received an email back saying that I need to call the main number and speak to the front desk. I immediately picked up the phone and called. I spoke with Jodi, who asked me a bunch of questions regrading the situation in my basement. She quickly got the ball rolling and indicated to me that a crew will be out to my home within the next two hours to assess the damage. A gentleman by the name of Adam R. arrived within two hours with his assistant. The crew spent a good 45 minutes to one hour inspecting the water damage above and below the subfloor. At this point I was still considering getting another opinion and quote. I quickly had to make a decision, considering the risks of delaying cleanup(water extraction). What sold me was Adam's knowledge and professionalism and the fact that the cleanup can begin ASAP. This guy really knows his stuff. I later found out that he spent 12 years with the Dept. of Forestry as a wildland fire fighter. Talk about tough work! Adam convinced me to move forward with the cleanup. He and his assistant quickly got to work. Within two hours, the initial cleanup was complete, but that was just the beginning. 24/7 F.R. doesn't just suck up puddles of water and move on. They work and work until the job is done to their satisfaction and criteria. This is what really impressed me. Once the water was extracted, the crew brought in the heavy duty arsenal of equipment, which they conveniently had stored in the back of their truck. A dehumidifier and thermal heaters were placed strategically to dry the "plywood" subfloor which had been completed saturated with water and wasn't about to dry anytime in the near future. Once the equipment was placed, Adam began to make plans with me to assess the drying process the following day. Adam came back the next morning and reassessed the situation. The floor wasn't drying as quickly as he would've liked it too. At this point, he explained to me that the equipment needed to remain for a few more days. A few days later Adam came back with another highly qualified tech and placed a plastic barrier to section off the wet area of the basement. This helped to keep the heat condensed in a small area. A few days later, Adam came back to check drying times in the wood subfloor. The floor was drying quicker, but still needed more time. Finally, 8-9 days later Adam arrived back at the home to retest. all was good! The wood floor was dry to his satisfaction. A job well done. At this point he dismantled the barrier and removed all equipment from the home. It was a long process to say the least, but the job was done and it was done right. 24/7 Flood Response knows what they're doing. Bar none. My dad's home had significant flooding 4 short days before we were having a huge party at his home. Adam, Matt, and team were nothing short of amazing in their response, understanding of the critical timing to dry it out and put it back together again, incredible work ethic and customer service, and overall effort to fix our problem. We discovered the flood Tuesday at noon, and Friday evening we had over 100 people on that carpet to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday! And this is the second time we've used 24/7 Flood Response's service...the first time was 2 years ago for a rental property and they were awesome then too. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are need of water mitigation services. Outstanding!!
Our experience with 24/7 Flood Response was amazing! We had an outside faucet freeze and didn't find out about it until after 3 days of the swamp cooler running ! The crawl space was flooded and we were freaking out. Within an hour of our call Vincent came out to evaluate the situation, gave us a quote and began the process of removing the water. Follow up visits to check on the progress of emptying the water and then setting up dehumidifiers, and finally removing debris from the space. All techs were so nice and knew what they were doing. They worked with me very well on times to come and check on things. The final bill was adjusted from the estimate to reflect any changes in how things played out, it actually got a bit lower!! I feel that for the time these guys put in, equipment needed, the pricing was more than fair. I'd call these guys in a second if I had an issue like this again!!! I will also recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with flooding! Thanks Vincent, Jesse and Eddie for being so great!!!
It's never a good day when there is a leak especially on the weekend. Fortunately this company was beyond any of my expectations. Jesse Gayton was the certified technician to come and mitigate the leak on our house. We are currently in the moving process of our first and new home dealing with a leak from the roof on a contractors mistake. It was a frustrating day but Jesse and his company made a bad day good. He was quick to respond and very informative and helpful. He took into consideration the house and made sure he cleaned up his mess as well as gave me all the contact information and information pertaining the leak and the next step to come. I recommend this company not only because they take pride on their work but their employee and employees. The lady on the phone was beyond helpful as well and very friendly as well to set up the service. I had to put no money down and they handled the leak right away as well as quickly and correctly. I can't say enough about this service I'm beyond pleased and recommend this to anyone with this issue, and if you can get Jesse you won't be let down!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and help I received from Scott, the young man who came to our house. I used limited service from the company, because the price was very high. But Scott, was so helpful with advice and he had a good work ethic. I could tell he was not lazy, but was fast and thorough and did not waste any time. If I ever need them again, I will ask for him personally.

We had a dishwasher leak for about 9 days before the leak was noticed, dripping from our basement ceiling. I contacted 24/7 Flood Response and within an hour they were at our home. The whole team responded really quickly, fixing a water mistake my tenant made and getting things started within a couple hours of my initial call. I cannot say enough about the response and support I got from 24/7 Flood Response in general and London, Tim and Jodie specifically. My bathroom, bedroom and basement flooded after a mishap in tub. London and Tim were here on a Sunday and were so incredibly kind to two senior citizens. They explained everything step by step. Took time to explain in detail what they were going to do and why. They were professional and came fully prepared for the situation. They completed the work which included tile removal, set up equipment and gave us their numbers to call with any concern. When it was time for step two, they arrived right on time and finished their part of job. Then they set us up with the restoration people. All while being Covid safety conscious. After a small flood in my bathroom, 24/7 Flood Response not only helped restore my townhome, but also my sanity. Jesse was out the next day and kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, a leak in one of his machines caused some additional damage. Jesse acknowledged the problem and he, along with everyone else I worked with (Matt, Jenna) responded quickly to help rectify the situation. Eugene and his entire construction crew were honest, efficient and extremely hard-working. We were very pleased working with the 24/7 Flood response team. Vincent P. was instrumental in making our repair easy. The receptionist was also very friend and prompt to get back to us. We did our due diligence to shop around to view different scopes of work , but for our scope, 24/7 Flood Response was the best fit. They are also readily available...this is a big deal especially if you on are a short time frame. Weekends, after work schedule etc...they are ready. Vincent was professional and very responsive whenever I’d text him or call him for an update.
Naturally I had many questions and he was knowledgeable and polite in educating us on how crawlspace repair works. He arrived to inspect, laid out a reasonable plan, and once we were booked he arrived with his partner Roman. Roman too, was great. They laid out their tools and got to work. Roman was easy to talk to, and would point out anything along the way that he noticed. He was able to work in a small basement subfloor and had a great attitude. I seriously could not have done this without their help. Vincent was also very transparent about the billing and along the scope he was honest and fair in making an adjustment to the materials line item in the bill. They have earned us as a customer and I will definitely call them again if anything comes up. Good luck with all your future jobs.

We had a pipe burst. 24/7 was out with equipment and quickly opened up the wall and set up drying equipment. They very carefully checked 2 days later and again after the weekend. Reasonable quote, and no surprises.
Jody is awesome. I called here with an emergency for my company at about 7 at night, needing a mitigator for a client first thing in the morning, Jody made it happen, and her company was awesome throughout the process. I will definitely call again for any future clients in need of their service, and highly recommend them!
I was so stressed when my water heater broke and caused a lot of water damage in my basement. It was so refreshing to call and speak to a real person on the phone, rather than waiting on an answering service like the few places I tried first! They came out quickly and took care of everything, even helped talk to my insurance company!
