I was not as happy, but the owner called immediately and "made it right." There are not many companies that do that. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to my neighbors. Joe had the pleasure (sic) of cleaning the air ducts and furnace, which had never been cleaned after the purchase as a new home 7 years ago. If you haven't cleaned your air ducts, may I suggest you do! You will immediately feel and see a difference in how your furnace operates. Joe took the time to educate me on proper care of my furnace in a more efficient, effective manner. I learned more from him then I have from the big name heating company that I pay to service my furnace each year!

The Duct Pro rep that serviced my home was Awesome. Showed up w/in the scheduled time & completed w/in the specified time, after thoroughly covering every vent and then some. The rep answered every question w/ an adequate and comprehensive explanation.
Although he had cumbersome equipment to work with, he easily maneuvered around each section of large tubing quickly and efficiently.
I chose to send a review after receiving such great service and as I write this I realize I should have gave him a tip over and above the fair price they charge for the amazing amount of cleaning they performed.

This was our first Furnace and Duct vacuuming since our house was built in 2000. Tech Ben was on time and texted me prior to arriving. He walked me through the process and was very quick with his work. I could hear debris going down the large suction line! The before and after photos were a great touch.
I will definitely call again in a couple years for another.

Furnace & Air Duck Cleaning - truck arrived with the right equipment to clean out all of the supply and return ducts and furnace in my two story home located in the South Boulder. I had Steam Pro come and clean our vents and air ducts. We have an older house and they hadn't been cleaned in 60 years. The technician was on time, polite, and did a good job. He pulled out decades worth of dust and debris (including old tiles from former remodeling work). My house already feels so much cleaner. The price was the best I found after calling about 5 different places. The technician even gave me advice on the air filter for the furnace and helped me install one I already had. I recommend them. They didn't ask me to post a review, but I read reviews before calling them, so I thought I'd add one too.
Ben (and his son) did a great job cleaning my ducts (Premium Duct Cleaning service). There was a small amount of accidental damage done to my ceiling during the process. He came back a couple days later and more than made up for the issue.
