The crew was amazing! Brett explained how it would work and they got going. They even cut several logs to length for us to use for firewood and Brett cut me a “slice” from the base to make a table from. They clean everything up and if you didn’t know it was missing you wouldn’t know a tree was ever there. I would highly recommend these guys for all your tree needs!

David and four other friendly men arrived and trimmed a very tall maple tree out front, an even taller ash tree in the back and a Russian olive on the side. They had to climb the ash tree and lower big branches with ropes. I was amazed at how safely they planned and executed that. They completely cleaned up all the branches and trimmings before they left and did a super job overall. Thanks to all of them!

This company is the best tree service hands down. They did an amazing job. I’ve had trees trimmed many times and generally pay what Our family charged but only received about a 1/4 of the tree removal. I was shocked at how thorough of a job they did and clean up…. My yard looked better after they left. Their prices are more than competitive, their customer service is far and above everyone else. I’ll never use another service EVER AGAIN! Our experience with Our Family Tree Service was one of the best from beginning to the end from the customer service representatives to all of the employees, this is a company we would highly recommend.
We had a huge Honey Locust tree in our front yard 30+ years old. We looked at 3 other tree companies they were all great and the estimates were around the same. What stuck out for us with this tree company was Bryce the estimator gave us options and what the life span of our tree was basically it was dying so we decided our tree was a liability to us and our neighbors so we decided it was best to have it completely removed and the stump grind. The whole team was great. They showed up on time within two weeks it was the beginning of the season and they were careful with removal of all the large pieces, especially close to the house. They cleaned up so well in the yard and the street even after the stump grinding. This was a huge job that took about 5 hours for tree removal and about 4 hours for the stump. They also advertise for landscaping we will definitely call in the future.These guys were great!! A BIG thank yoy to Our Family Tree Service for the best customer service care.

Our Family Tree Service was out in an emergency and helped cut down a tree that had fallen on our house. The safely removed the tree and took care of all of our others trees and juniper bushes. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed by the level of care and attention to detail in the cleaning up. They filled in and leveled the hole where the tree previously was and it looks great. We also hired them to trim our giant maple in our backyard, and they did a great job with cleaning it up while still maintaining the integrity/beauty of the tree that I love so much! I recently had Our Family Tree Service at my house to completely remove a 40' maple tree. The branches over the past few years had been breaking and falling on my house and shed roofs, power lines, and 2 communication lines.
Brett arrived on time at 9 in the morning and started cutting the tree down. His 2-man crew arrived about 30 minutes later and immediately started clearing all he had cut. The difficulty, and my concern was all this work was being done in a enclosed triangle of communication lines, power line, the house and shed roofs. During the entire removal, these obstructions were never damaged and barely touched or disturbed. Very impressive concerning the closed in area Brett had to work inside. They finished cutting and clean up by 1 in the afternoon. The yard was completely cleaned with nothing left behind as far as debris from their work.
I would recommend this crew, and this company to anyone who wishes to have trees either trimmed or removed. Their pricing was affordable, and the work was outstanding. Before and after pictures explain it all.

One tree was so old that as it grew up two pieces of the trunk and branches came together to form a large loop in the middle. When they took down the tree, I specifically requested that they save that section of the tree because it was very beautiful, which they did. It now sits as a decoration in my backyard. They were very good and the price was very reasonable.

When they delivered firewood to us about a month ago, we asked for an estimate for them to remove a large tree much too close to the house, and a stump in another part of the yard that had been left after we had been cut down a small tree before. They gave us the estimate immediately, and we arranged for them to call me when their schedule opened up so they could perform the service. I decided to check with them after a few weeks, and they were able to come out two days later. I was amazed at how fast they were at taking out the tree and grinding the stumps into nothing with their amazing stump grinder. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly! We will call them back again for firewood and anything to do with trees!

Justin and his team are the best.

The whole team are such hard workers ! Recently they removed a couple of old aspen and old juniper bushes . In place , planted some Lilac trees along with some other plants and flowers.
