The entire process was so easy. I spoke to Tanner at a home show. Scheduled an appointment to get a quote and then scheduled the install. Communication was good. The team worked efficiently and built a quality fence for us!

Top Rail was responsive, provided a clear estimate, and all staff were courteous and friendly. Fence looks very sturdy and well done. They were able to fix some odd, existing roof overhang supports that were part of the fence. Looking forward to having a sturdy fence for many years to come.

Our experience with Top Rail Fence was definitely a good one. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiry of installing a shared fence with our neighbors and once we spoke and decided to hire them, he seamlessly worked out the payment each of us owed with neither of us having to go through the hassle of figuring it out on our end.
The project was done in a day. And the fence building specialists were very professional and quick in their trade. We were even bumped up a week to have it installed.
Definitely will use them in the future and recommend them to others in need of a new fence.

Great experience from start to finish. Sean was the only contractor who actually came out and introduced himself. He took all the measurements and provided an estimate. They showed up to do the job early and completed it quickly and efficiently. My new fence looks great!! Would definitely recommend Top Rail fence to my friends and family.

Good experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend Top Rail. You might think, "A fence is a fence - what does it matter who builds it." There may be some truth to that but Top Rail provided the more important qualities I need and look for from contractors: show up, listen, respond accurately, execute, and communicate. Some of the other fence bidders no-showed. Some bid wrong materials when given written specs. Some gave the "I don't want to do this job" bid priced 30% higher than the others. Top Rail was on time for everything, spent extra effort making sure they followed the specs, gave a reasonable (in the middle) bid, made an extra effort to accommodate neighborhood's restrictions on material delivery/haul-away, did a good job building the fence, and had excellent communication throughout. I was worried about landscaping damage as they removed old and built new but one neighbor even went out of the way to tell me what a good job Top Rail did restoring landscaping on his side of the fence. Top Rail did not disappear after the project was done. I contacted them about the gate latches, pointing out that my dogs could open them - the latches were replaced within two days.

Timely. Great communication. Completed the job as expected and on budget. I would highly recommend and would use them again if needed.

Top rail fence was a lifesaver. We bought a new house with a backyard that needed a fence. Top rail was able to get us scheduled and was ready to start on the day that we closed on the house. Top Rail Fence built an incredible fence for us. We live in the mountains with rocky soil so digging the holes was not an easy task. They finished digging the holes for our 420 linear feet fence in one day.

Kristen and the whole team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They helped from design to permitting to build all the way through the finishing touches, making sure everything was absolutely perfect and to my satisfaction before we were all done. We are very happy with our new fence from Top Rail Fence. A strong spring wind storm split a tree in the backyard and crushed a section of our old fence. We wanted expand out the fence a little bit when the old one was replaced. We got some more space and they did a great job.
