My project looks great!!! Mr. Darren (project manager) was proactive and very attentive to the details of the entire project. No time was wasted from the start to finish. Mr. Darren's oversight and management of this project resulted in its success!!!! The entire ISID Team communicated well and kept me informed from day to day. I was updated on what would take place for the next day. The project was completed as projected. The worksite was left clean everyday.
We were extremely pleased with innovative solutions and will definitely be using them the next time we need drywall service. We got four different drywall quotes from well-rated businesses, and innovative solutions was on the low end. It made me a bit nervous going with one of the cheapest, but they were professional, well rated, and scheduled right away.
I was so pleased with the work. They came when they said and got the work done quickly. The salesperson and the workers were all very polite and considerate. Since I was working from home at the time, they took the effort to do a room near my office when it wouldn't conflict with my meeting schedule, and they put the air compressor in the garage where I wouldn't have to hear it even though that took some extra effort too. The quality of their work was excellent. You would never know we had repairs done, and the texture matches the old work seamlessly.

Brian was quick to get us a quote even over a Holiday weekend and it was very fair. His team showed up right on time and did an excellent job mudding and texturing our DIY drywall job. On top of it all they were very neat and we didn't end up with dust everywhere. As an architect, I've seen lots of drywall work done and am very particular but I 100% would recommend this team. If anyone has been thinking about having extra attic insulation put in definitely call Brian Sigg@Innovative Solutions (720) 737-5463 for a free estimate. They just did our attic and tested before and after and I can't believe what a huge difference it has made already! I can't wait to see my energy bill next month! Also, Excel has a rebate going on if you have it done you will get 20% of the cost back! He does all the paperwork for you too! Our 2nd floor is always so warm I'm constantly running the AC, but when they finished I was freezing and had to shut off the air, WOW! I've had 2 other companies out for quotes and they were very aggressive and tried to sell us everything under the sun including a whole house fan! This company was honest and fair and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!
This company gets a good review from us for the following reasons: 1. after contacting them, they sent someone over to our home in a short amount of time to estimate the job; 2. their estimate for the work (a simple recovering of basement insulation) was reasonable and they were lower than two of their competitors; 3. they scheduled a time to do the work; 4. they showed up when they said they would; 5. their invoice matched their estimate; and 6. they got it done in one morning, on the weekend. We were pleased.

Happy with the work and the cost.
Since we had squirrel damage on some electrical wiring in the attic, we hired them to first remove the old insulation so the electrician could more easily do the wiring repair. Cost more to remove the old stuff (old and worthless), but it saved $500 on the electrical work bill. After the electrical work was done, they came back and filled in the attic with R49. The guys doing the removal and installation work were great, and it went quickly and efficiently. Terry was a good guy to work with for estimates and scheduling, and Brian for invoicing. Overall, we are very happy. Wish that work with all home contractors went this well.

Very good about coming out for a timely quote that was accurate and priced 'well'. Their staff was very friendly as well. The only negative is they had to push of my first install date a few days before they were scheduled to be here, sighting they were to busy. Then they had to push of the final patch work job for the ceiling in my garage, sighting that guy was behind on other projects. I guess they're busy because they do a good job, they're priced well and nice, so I'd recommend them, they just need to work on keeping schedules a bit better.

I've used another insulation firm in the past, but hands down, Innovative Solutions Insulation did a wonderful job. I was impressed with their knowledge and they recommended a pragmatic approach that worked best, but also saved money. The project was a bit tricky because I was insulating a 1950 ranch house that had poor, not to mention ancient, attic insulation. The pricing was fair and both the removal team and installation team did a terrific job. I plan more insulation projects and this is the company I will use. I give Innovative Solutions Insulation & Drywall top marks for quality of service, professionalism and workmanship. Communication was also superb. I'm very happy with everything. Thank you!
