Top drawer work and team. Cash, Paul, Alejandro and his crew were all true professionals. When replacing windows and doors they did everything right with minimal distraction and cleanup. The paint crew did a fantastic job repainting our exterior. I highly recommend Homestead Exteriors.

Cash and his crew did a fantastic job on short notice, for a reasonable price, and I was notified in advance when the workers uncovered more damage than originally expected, including an estimate for the additional work. Everyone was courteous, professional, and they did quick work.

We loved working with Homestead Exteriors! They did a fantastic job, were communicative throughout the entire project, on time every morning and got the job done faster than expected. They replaced one side of our siding and all the windows on that side as well as a few additional windows. Everything looks great and we appreciated their expertise. We even had a mold issue with our sheathing during the project due to our house not being weather wrapped prior and Cash got us a quote almost immediately so that we could take care of it and not extend the project. We will absolutely call them again in the future for any additional needs!

From the proposal through implementation and finishing of the siding project, everything has gone amazing. Everyone involved with the project have been professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company! I had siding put on my house over a year ago and have concerns about it. I called Homestead Exteriors for a consultation. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She let me know that Cash would be coming to look at my house. When he came, Cash spent an hour and half with me educating me about siding and how it is put on. He explained the pros and cons and normalized my concerns about the siding on my house. He was very patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I felt much better about my house/siding afterwards. I am so glad he came

The entire team at Homestead did an amazing job start to finish. They did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The final bill matched the initial estimate exactly and was significantly lower than other estimates I had received. Steve and Paul were personally involved the entire time and made great suggestions to save us money on the job. They were very patient, not pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The crew came every day until the job was completed. At the end of each day, all the equipment and materials were put away and the area was kept extremely clean during the entire process. Angel, the foreman of the crew was amazing. He and his staff were extremely good at what they do. Although I am no contractor, I have done a lot of handyman work myself over the years on my homes and my children's homes. I have also had a lot of experience with contractors in the past and I know the difference between those that are mediocre at best and those that are extremely good at what they do and are also proud of their effort. The team that came in here was extremely professional and meticulous in their craftsmanship. It was a real pleasure to watch them do their work. We could not have been happier with the outcome!

Great guys to work with, were able to help me think through the whole job, its timelines and even were accomodating for my requests. They worked quickly, minimizing the impact of their footprint, cleaned everything remarkably well and were courtous and professional the entire time. Had 3 estimates before Cash came out from Homestead. First off, none of the other estimates wanted to or knew how to fix it. I was told, it is a siding issue, it is a foundation issue, it is a siding issue, again.
Cash came out and had a plan within 15 minutes. He was going to fix the siding, insulate, mitigate the issue with the foundation (because a sidewalk was poured too high). He also suggested some aesthetics to make the project not only look better but go smoother. He was still priced lower than others. Very grateful to him and his team. Finished the whole job in a day. Will absolutely use Homestead Exteriors again for the rest of the house.

Homestead Exteriors repaired damage to the rear of my home, after a neighbor's tree fell on my roof. The damage had to be repaired before the roof was replaced. We were on a timeline.
