My water pipes busted during a freeze up in Estes Park and Mountain Valley sent over a super-qualified plumber, Brian. He repaired the leak right away so that we could shower and have our water working inside our house again. They are also fixing the cause of the busted pipes, which were not properly insulated and caused a major mess under my house. I am so grateful to have someone figure out the issue and fix it for me. They are handling all of it. Big thanks!!!
I asked if the service tech could come a little earlier and he did!! Fernando serviced our furnace we purchased in 2015. Using the cabin occasionally after the flood, we did not change the filter. He assured me it is still running great. I now have a service plan where they will take care servicing our plumbing and heating quarterly. Again, Fernando did a terrific job.
The tech Fernando analyzed the problem ad discovered the problem of dirty blocked gas jets since I had 2 similar Rennai wall heaters he cleaned both of them the second unit as a preventive proactive work. Fernando did an excellent job.
JD did a phenomenal job. He took his time to explain thoroughly what the issue was and provided before/after photos of the work. He was very professional and offered excellent service. I highly recommend!!
Their communication is great with updates every step of the way. Gabe showed up within the promised timeframe. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped to educate me about my furnace. I will continue to call them for future needs.
We had an extremely professional and informative technician come out to our home and discuss getting a new hot water heater. We are thinking about a tankless version, and he went over the pros and cons, along with pricing. We will also eventually need a new HVAC unit and when we do, we will be giving our business to Mountain Valley.
Alex came to my home, and it was great! He explained how the systems works and the task he will do. Also explained to me the different memberships and services the company offers when I asked. Customer service 100% satisfied!
Franco was so helpful checking out the plumbing around my house. I asked if he could teach me while he was working and he made it all so clear while explaining along the way as he got the work done. He was happy to check out other areas of the house i had questions about while we waited for main projects to drain. Definitely working with Mountain Valley again for plumbing or HVAC projects on my home renovation.
I'm updating my initial review because Mountain Valley did such a nice job following up on Gabe's initial evaluation which I had previously reviewed with 5 stars. Now I have 5 stars for the whole team. Mountain Valley replaced our furnace, and we were very pleased with their work. Beginning with technician Gabe, who expertly diagnosed the problem with the old furnace and returned almost immediately when we had additional questions; to Zack who was very patient with our questions about new furnaces, to Owen who was polite and respectful in his evaluation of our ducts, and, finally, to Danny who is the SUPERSTAR installer of our new furnace. He patiently answered our questions, talked us through a complicated new thermostat, and left the furnace area cleaner and more organized than it was before we started this process. Overall, terrific team.
Fernando was fantastic! We have 2 mini split a/c units that were in dire need of deep cleaning. Fernando did a fantastic job getting out all the dust and grime, and the units are working so much better now. Highly recommend!
It’s that time of year when it’s a good idea to have the furnace checked. Mountain Valley did a great job setting up an appointment and keeping me informed as to when the technician would arrive, even sending a photograph so I’d recognize him. A nice touch! Fernando was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I’m very happy with their service.
My technician Chad was on time, professional extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, clean and took care of all of my issues plus more. You are lucky to have him. Nathan came today and cleaned out all of my ducts Who is also professional, not legible, clean and well spoken. You have good employees.
I have used Mountain Valley a number of times over the 11 years I have lived in Estes Park, and I have always been pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and workmanship. The technicians have been willing to thoroughly explain issues, suggest alternatives, and answer my questions. I will continue to use Mountain Valley for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Again, Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating comes to the rescue! Scheduling a new kitchen faucet install was simple and quick. Jerry (Master plumber, but only 2 weeks with MVPH) was awesome, caught a small leak and offered a new U-pipe for free, in addition to the faucet installation. I became a Member of MVPH today and will make use of all the perks in the coming months. These guys be awesome!
MVPH will forever be our go to for all our plumbing and boiler needs. We bought a 50-year-old mountain house that was never appropriately taken care of by the previous owners and they've multiple times been our heroes. They always get out here fast, they're honest and down to earth, and do the gold standard of quality work! Jerry was the one that came out today to clear a big clog in our main line and WOW was he great! Expert work, great to talk to, and just the sweetest to my cats who love people!

We thought it was a simple job, but it got more complicated when we found the original installation was faulty. Jerry was great! He fixed the bad installation and then the reason for the visit. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and a pleasure to have. We highly recommend Mountain Valley plumbing and Jerry.
Jerry was great. He explained all the details before choosing a system. Offered multiple choices with advantages of each. Was able to install the system 2 days later and was in and out of here in his promised 2 hours. He and his assistant Eric were polite and professional. Highly recommend!
