The installer was excellent! He worked so hard the two days he was here, and his work was impeccable. The financing was difficult to work through, and we were passed from person to person over several days. I would have given 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for the financing trouble.

I researched windows prior to hiring Nex-Gen. They did live up to the good ratings and reviews and all of the workers were polite and professional. The finished job looks GREAT! I will hire them again as needed.

We recently bought a new home, which badly needed an upgrade from the 29-year-old wooden windows that were starting to fall apart. We ended up doing an 11-window project with NexGen after having a few different companies come out, and I'm so glad we decided to go with them. They have quality products, very competitive prices, and superior customer service.

Vic came out to do the quote. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He was so helpful with the entire process of choosing the right products and design decisions. I didn't feel pressured or pitched by him at all, which was a relief after dealing with some other big name companies that constantly harass you. He was also very respectful of my home and took of his shoes when I asked.

The installers, Eduardo and Noah, were phenomenal! They were so respectful of my home and cleaned up so well after themselves. Again, we are a no shoe household; both Eduardo and Noah took off their shoes every time before stepping inside and they were just so considerate of all my requests. Not only were they incredibly respectful and kind, but they were both obviously very skilled and knew what they were doing. They did a beautiful job and are definitely assets to the company!

We had 90 degree heat on the day they finished installing, and I could already feel the difference in my home with the new Anlin windows. My home feels transformed and I love my new windows!

When a started my venture of calling companies to come to my home to give me a quote for replacement windows, Victor Belousov with Nex-Gen was one of two representatives out of 5 companies I called, that actually came, gave me all necessary information of the product, warranty, quote, along with how the installation process would work. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product he was giving me a quote on. Victor is so courteous,, he even removed his shoes each and every time he entered my home. He answered my many questions and was never pushy about selling the product, even though it took me several weeks to make a decision, he was consistent with follow up with me and he earned my trust with the company and product he represents. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the installation of my new windows and will leave a review for the product and the installation process after that happens. I needed a new door asap. I had an awkward size to fit. Next GEN made it such an easy process. The installation went so well. Jacob, the project manager, and his team were beyond professional. They replaced the door while I wasn’t home and were completely trustworthy. I had an issue with my screen door a few weeks after the installation, and Jacob came out himself to fix the issue the same day. I’m so grateful for Next GEN.

Nex gen replaced my patio sliding door with a beautiful French door, their communication was great, they were able to install it as soon as it came into their facility. The 2 installers Ed & Noah did a fantastic job and left my area spotless, the manager checked in in our project as it was being completed to make sure we were happy, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Replaced 4 windows in our garage recently and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Higher quality windows for a higher price of course, but highly recommended!

Nex-Gen Windows & Doors did an amazing job replacing our sliding glass door. They used top-notch materials and quickly installed the new door. Angel and his team were great to work with and were excellent craftsmen.

Finally we found a company that does basement windows. They look so good and the installation was great. The workmen were efficient and very respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. The great part of this is that they are guaranteed for life.

High quality doors, professionally installed, twice! Loved the first results so much that when I needed another I immediately called Nex-Gen to come back out.
Tim Pell arrived promptly, communicated clearly, asked appropriate questions about what I wanted and stayed late, after dark, to complete the work the same day. Polite, professional and friendly and did a fantastic job, left the work site cleaned up.
The office staff, Janice, is also a pleasure to work with. Clearly communicates expectations, prompt responses to messages, worked with me to schedule the work at a convenient time for me!

Thomas and Xavier did fantastic work installing our new french doors. Not an easy job to do with our HOA requirements and only having good access on the interior door side as the exterior side is a Juliet balcony. Thomas provided options for color matching the seals/insulation strips to the floor and neatly filling in gaps in the door frame that were already there due to the age of our home. Now we are ready for winter with no more gaps for insects, wind, water and dirt to find their way in. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience from start to end. Windows were installed earlier then expected and customer service throughout was great.

Very professional, quality work and the process was easy, my wife and I had the representative from NEX-GEN come down and show us their products. Once we picked what we wanted, someone came back out for the measurements and to order the windows.
The crew that installed the windows came to the house prior installation and introduced them selves. Shortly after they came in the house and made sure the covered every room they were working in with plastic on the rugs, blankets and even the path from the front door to where the rooms they were working in.
They made sure that everything was clean, they made it that no one would of known they were even here.

We can't recommend Nex-Gen enough! We worked with a door replacement company, Bordner, for over 3 years as they attempted and failed four different times to correctly install a new front door. We asked Nex-Gen to come out and evaluate the door and within minutes they discovered what was wrong, and after one successful attempt, had corrected all of the mistakes made by the previous company and had properly and securely installed our front door.
After we interviewed and price compared Anderson windows, Pella windows, and Champion windows, we felt Marvin windows with Nex-Gen were a far superior product and priced incredibly well. We subsequently ordered and had Nex-Gen install Marvin replacement windows throughout our house. We were extremely impressed with everyone with their company. They were all very professional, constantly kept us updated on our projects, installers were professional, project managers were amazing and they completed the window project ahead of schedule.

I had several friends and neighbors recommend Nex-Gen for new windows and I’m so happy I did! The windows are high quality, the install was seem less and the windows look beautiful! It’s so quiet in my house now. Thanks Louis and Neil!

We first met with Rick, and he was professional and knowledgeable. After meeting with him, we made the decision to move forward, and everything just fell into place. From Janice in the office, to Thomas and Chris doing perfect measurements, to Robby and Slinky installing the door perfectly, and Jason helping finalize that the install went great and ensuring we were happy. Let me start with how impressed I am with Nex-Gen Windows and Doors. From start to finish the whole process was worry free. I needed a new door as the old one was rotted and falling apart. They had so many options to choose from I had a hard time deciding what kind of door to get. They sat down with me and went through all my options to keep things within my budget. Once I decided on which door I wanted Chris came out and made sure all the measurements were correct. Now the wait game as the door had to be made. Janice was on top of giving me updates and let me know how my door was going and when it would be finished. She answered all my questions and took really good care of me. I had questions about my video door bell being reinstalled after they put the new door up, Thomas put me at ease telling me that reinstalling the door bell would be no problem for them. My only complaint is that now the front door looks so good the rest of the house will have to be updated. I will be back for more doors and windows. If you’re looking for quality products without emptying the bank, look no further! Thanks Nex-Gen! You guys are amazing!!

OMG!! This company understands what a customer is. My keypad stopped working not even 5 months after spending what I thought was a crazy amount of money on a door. I called after hours to leave a message for some help, but they answered the phone. Someone about a 3 hour drive away answered and said he would text someone close to me to see what could be done. Then, about 30 minutes later, my doorbell rang. They were there to help fix my door. They did have to order things and I have to wait, but I will always but my doors and windows from these guys because they care about their customers! The best service and care from a company since my dad sold his businesses. Love them!

Clark helped me w any questions I had or follow ups. Janice was very professional on the phone. The installers were quick, but thorough. Any adjustments I asked for were done. No mess was left. The only sign of them being there was my beautiful new sliding glass door. Bubba M.

Jason, Killian, and Thomas did a great job on our windows! They were professional, hard working, and pleasant. They were also very thorough in making sure things were done well and right and that we were happy with how everything looked. We were even replacing our front ramp one of the days and they worked around the project without any complaints. My grumpy dog loved them. We would highly recommend this company!

New windows installed, the windows are great and the installation went smoothly and was fast. The only concern was why it took so long for the company to make them and ship them if they are made in the USA.

Installation crew was excellent. Very professional, cleaned up everything. Double hung windows can only lock if both top and bottom are closed. For safety and security it would be great if windows would lock into frame at varying intervals rather than bottom locking only into top. Top portion needs a handle like bottom window. Have to hinge open the bottom window in order to open or completely close top window. Overall nice windows.

I had my windows installed today, the whole team from start to finish treat you like family, I will recommend them to everyone I know! The Windows are everything we talked about and more. They look nice, and my house is already cooler and quieter. They have a great warranty and will be so much easier to clean, I love them already! Just completed a major renovation to a 3,000SF home that included the replacement of all 29 windows. I shopped around extensively and came across Nex Gen at recent trade show. All my engagements with associates from Nex Gen were excellent, starting with Rick in Sales, to Chis in Operations, and with Ben with on-site customer service. Could not be HAPPIER! Plus the quality of their product and pricing were the best of the many competitors I shopped. I further had a tight timeline wanting work to be completed before tenant move-in to the property. Chris projected a six-week manufacturing/delivery turn which meant installation just days before the tenant's arrival date--and that's exactly what happened--pretty amazing given on-going national supply chain issues. And after installers were 100% complete, Ben walked the entire interior and exterior of the home touching up interior paint cut-ins and even purchased a gallon of color matching stucco paint to better provide a smooth and linear transition between new window caulking and the house stucco. Above and Beyond Customer Service! We will be a return customer on future renovations with other properties.

Fantastic quality, service, and value all at a competitive price. We replaced 4 stock basement windows with upgraded ones and are very happy with the entire experience we had with Nex-Gen Windows and Doors. The windows look great and operate smoothly. The drafts are gone and no more outside noise!

NexGen replaced all 22 of my windows with Anlin Del Mar windows and they have done an excellent job. They had to come out a couple of times due to a couple of windows arriving broken (frame) and needing to be replaced by the factory. That was out of their control, and I appreciate that they carefully inspect everything *before* coming out. Ben came out and completed the job today, installing the final two windows. He arrived on time this morning and was very professional. One of the old windows was set pretty tight, and he worked to carefully remove it without causing damage. Very happy with the installation, service, and quality of the windows (so much nicer than the generic vinyl windows they replaced!)

We had Nex-Gen install windows in our basement several years ago. We love them so much that we are having them install the replacement windows upstairs too! Easy to work with, fairly priced and good product!
