The NCP team has shown exemplary service before, during and after our pool purchase and
installation. We learned a lot during the entire process, including the need to be flexible given the
nature of this industry, supply chain challenges, and unforseen challenges that can arise.
Duncan was our project manager and did a great job. Sean and his brother Jeff were highly
responsive at all times, returning calls quickly and always helping with the numerous simple
questions that would come up regarding upkeep and maintenance. They did their best to help
even when time had passed and pool operation responsibility were now on us, the owners of it. I
asked for a simpler maintenance document and they built it and had it to us 2 weeks later, so very
responsive again. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool, product is
great quality and we have finished with a great new addition to our property, our family social life,
total game changer. Forgot to mention Kirk- big shout out to his amazing help along the way
helping us troubleshoot questions about pump operations, water flow, valve control, etc. Great
team and great experience overall.
The install of the hot tub at my house was flawless. Everything came out great from the install to
the completion of the work. Communication and scheduling were great. Sean and Duncan and
crew were easy to work with a very knowledgeable. Appreciate the work!!!
I can’t say enough about this company. We are in the beginning stages of a pool install for fall
2020. We interviewed several pool companies and not one compared to the experience we have
had with Sean and Tara. They went above and beyond making sure to answer and help us with all
of our questions and concerns. Their response time is impeccable. I know at this point I can’t
comment on the actual pool we will have installed but I can comment on their amazing customer
service. Sean and Tara were gracious enough to let us see in person one of their finished pools
and landscape projects. They spent countless hours with us before we even contracted. I
understand the urgency to want a pool installed right away and some will find the wait time hard. I
do believe it tells you a great deal about Sean and his team and the fact they have a waitlist. I
would rather be patient knowing I’m working with a quality company who isn’t taking on to many
projects that they can’t handle. It’s quality over quantity. Sometimes the best things in life are
worth the wait. If you are searching for a pool company search no more. Save yourself the
countless months we spent interviewing pool companies. You will definitely not be disappointed
with Northern Colorado Pools and the outstanding customer service they will provide you!
Duncan our project manager said 6 weeks and he was right on ! However we could swim in about
9 days after digging the hole.
My advice would be if you want a pool next spring start in winter with your contract and permits
so they can start in early May. This year the spring weather was so wet every pool got delayed.
You can’t dig in mud.
If I had any questions Sean or Duncan would answer them immediately. We had simple concrete
poured around the pool and it came out great. We used Jose who does a lot of their concrete
work. On the day when the city building came for our final inspection Duncan wanted to be
there. He waited over 4 hours for the inspector!
I would recommend Sean and his team at Northern Colorado Pools to anyone interested in
putting in a swimming pool. Our project was a little more involved as we were building the home
at the same time, but Sean's team was able to work around the other construction and deliver an
absolutely beautiful pool. I just hired them to winterize the pool as well, which included a winter
tarp. Great job! The service and support have been excellent.
Northern Colorado Pools has an excellent crew of workers. The management and their team of
workers were very professional. We were given their cell numbers so they could answer all of our
questions promptly as well as they would take care of any concerns right away. We were very
pleased with the final outcome of our pool, coping, concrete and their team of workers. The only
constructive criticism we had would be attention to detail with the contracted concrete crew.
From start to finish Northern Colorado Pools helped us get the perfect pool. They are true
professionals in their field, and it shows in the quality of work down to the smallest detail. Very
knowledgeable, professional, on time and responsive to all questions. Outstanding service with a
premium product....I can't recommend them enough.
I just want to thank Northern Colorado Pools for finally giving us our dream pool. They walked us
through the whole process which made everything less stressful. We are so happy with the
results!
We absolutely love our Leisure pool (we did the Ultimate 40). Sean was great and very responsive
for the initial meeting/sale of the pool. Duncan was our project manager and he is awesome as
well. Jeff gave us our "pool school" and will answer any question that comes up. We waited a few
months for the process to start and any question I have had is always met with an immediate
answer or offer for help (including after hours calls evenings/weekends/Saturday morning visits).
As with any "project" there are always challenges, the stamped concrete coping edge didn't match
the picture of the one we chose, without me having to say anything it was torn out and we were
able to get the edge we want. I always say that it's how a company handles a problem that speaks
the loudest and I couldn't be happier with how that was handled and the level they go to make
sure you love your pool!
If you're looking to get a pool, this is THE company! Everyone that was a part of this process
was amazing. The end result is a dream come true! Our pool has been completed for a few
months now and they still help me with quick questions about maintenance. We had a major
problem the morning before a pool party and they came that morning to fix it. Highly
recommend!
