We are very pleased with HGL’s professional knowledge and construction. HGL replaced our roof and made necessary improvements for proper ventilation. They also replaced our old wooden deck and constructed a beautiful new deck that will last a life time. Both jobs were done by individuals who demonstrated expertise and professionalism. Through-out the two projects we were kept appraised of their progress and any unforeseen challenges – they weren’t satisfied until they knew we were. HLG Construction (on your referral list), built a fabulous deck cover in September. Henry Lopez and his staff did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with it. His staff was very dependable, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The cover matches the rest of our house perfectly and has a beautiful ceiling complete with lighting. We like to cook out year-round and we were able to do that even with the snow we had this year. Even our pets are happy! The cover made it easier for our pets to go outside as minimal amounts of snow collected in the covered area. We look forward to hosting many deck parties this spring and summer. We highly recommend Henry and his staff!!

I decided to contract our deck replacement to HGL. After meeting with Henry and reviewing several quotes from contractors in the area, Henry had some ideas that I hadn’t even thought of and his price was good. Even with the trying weather conditions Henry’s team completed the deck on time with no changes to the quote. Henry and HGL installed a patio cover on my house this past summer. I have to say HGL was easy to work with, answering all of my questions immediately during construction and immediately addressed any concerns I had. Building the cover was prompt and efficient. Henry and his crew replaced our deck stairs and railings and re-stained all. They did a great job–looks like a new deck. Henry offered some nice ideas for look of the deck. He and the crew made sure the repair/replacement was thorough, looked nice and completed within the time estimated.

Henry and Joe did an excellent job rebuilding our deck and constructing a new deck roof. When changes to the original design/quote arose, they were implemented through reasonable negotiations. Henry was always easy to reach by phone or email, showed up when he said he would, and kept the work site clean and orderly. County inspectors said this was one of the nicest deck/roofs they had seen. I fully recommend Henry.
