Outstanding work was done. Pros work consistently to complete the job on time. Project manager on site entire day. Sales agent also made inspection stops off and on doing the day.

We had a hole punch in the roof by a flying tree limb from exceptionally high winds on 12/30/21. We waited to contact anyone until 12/21/21 as the winds were so high that it was unsafe to be outside. I put in a bid request through Home Adviser. I was called back very quickly. Lyle was on his way to see a client when my call came in. When I told him about the hole in the roof he prioritized our call and came sooner than expected. He advised us how to do a temporary patch to get the hole covered as snow was expected the same day. He gave a rough estimate for repair. Once we decided to move forward with the repair he came to do a final estimate and was able to get a crew here in just a few days. They worked quickly and the roof looks great.

Worked with Jordan from Performance Roofing. The whole process was pretty seamless. If I run into anything down the line; I feel pretty comfortable reaching out to them. The work was on point and I would recommend them.

Performance Roofing did an excellent job on our roof installation. Their account manager Ryan Rettke is the consummate professional in explaining the process, the choices of roofing materials, the steps involved in the installation, and in doing a post-installation quality check of the workmanship. He was very responsive in addressing all our questions. The price was competitive and the materials were top quality. I would hire them again, and highly recommend them when you need a new roof.

I had major damage after the winter storm in 2021 that caused an interior leak. Rachael came out immediately and tarped the roof to prevent more damage plus started the insurance process that day! She walked me through every step and was on-site during all of the work to make sure I was happy and answer my questions. After the roof work they repaired the interior sheet rock and painted. It’s been almost a year and I’ve had zero problems and many compliments on my beautiful new roof! I would suggest Rachael and Performance Roofing to everyone!!

Jordan and Rachel are an amazing team! We initially started with a gutter quote, then had hail damage. They offered to inspect the roof again and we were able to file a claim. As it turns out, Performance Roofing has preferred vendor status with Farmer's (our insurance company). They made recommendations for roofing materials, upgrading gutters to 6" with 4X3 downspouts and they painted the exterior trim and siding. Amazing results. Looks like a different house. The QC process is excellent and they personally came back to inspect. Paint touch ups were done without asking. Performance Roofing (and Painting) have earned a loyal customer. We went with Armstrong's Pinnacle Pristine (black), dark brown gutters and Sherwin Williams exterior super paint, color = Sealskin. It toned down the red brick and really pulled out the dark notes in the brick. We have received many compliments and look forward to working with them during our annual roof inspections.

She was on time and professional, making sure all of our questions were answered. Quote and workmanship of the staff met our expectations. Andy handled all details of a difficult situation with our church insurance company. He kept us constantly updated, even taking time to attend a ZOOM meeting with our board to answer questions. He explained what needed to be done and why, and explained the cost increases from the original estimate.
The crew started on time and was very careful to clean up after themselves. They took time to explain what they found when the old roof came off and what they needed to do extra. Very professional and friendly.

Performance Roofing and Painting is awesome! They really care about customer service and it shows 100% in the experience I had with them. They went above and beyond to make the entire experience easy. I had the privilege of working with Mat Dutton, who was absolutely awesome! Mat was very responsive, always showed up on time, and was able to answer all questions. He also assisted me in the claim process and even showed up when the adjustor came for the estimate to make sure everything was accounted for. The crew all showed up when they said they would and did high quality work. I would highly recommend giving them a call for and roofing, painting, or any other home repair need!

He didn’t just do the work but he gave us a detailed explanation on how the insurance deductions work and how we can avoid mistakes. Working with Jordan was a real pleasure. Initially I went with a different contractor who didn’t fix the problem. When I called Jorden back there were no sour grapes, just happy to work with me. She set up the repairs within a week. The repair team showed up on time, we’re very personable, and then once they finish they water tested their repair to make sure nothing was missed.
