I highly recommend Monarch Roofing. After the big fall 2019 hailstorm, our claims adjuster quickly approved a claim using their preferred roofer. When Monarch stopped by, a quick chat revealed the claim was missing important coverage. They sent Tim Flores to us, and he did a thorough assessment, pointing out the stuff our claims guy didn't even consider but that needed replacing. Monarch did all the negotiating and got us not only a higher grade shingle (Class 4), but also a complete paint job (first guy only asked for half the house to be painted--what?), better flashing and additional trim, better gutters, and other important improvements. Everything was approved, all we had to do was wait for the paperwork and insurance check. They handled inspections, too. The roof is gorgeous! It definitely improved our curb appeal, and the extra trim makes it look more finished--a visual and maintenance upgrade. : )

I had it planned to get my roof done with several other companies and all they did was jerk me around by scheduling appointments I’m not coming through or would never answer my phone calls. So I seen my neighbor get theirs done by Monarch construction and liked what my neighbor told me that updates they were going to give him at no extra charge so I called the following day and we scheduled a appointment and Zach showed up which is a very professional nice guy and yes they updated my type of locking shingle gave me the ridge vent system and the drip system for no extra charge. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants professional and beautiful work done to their house all I got to say is thank you Monark construction and couldn’t be more pleased.

This is the second time I have used Monarch to put a new roof on my house. Good old Colorado Hail storms in 2011 and 2017 made my roof look like hamburger! Both times Monarch Construction and Roofing made my poor roof look brand new. Devon Iarussi is a great project manager. If I had any questions, he got back to me right away. I would recommend them to anyone!

After the destructive hail storm in May, our roof was destroyed. Monarch Construction and Roofing came out right away and met with our insurance adjuster to work in getting us the most for our repairs. Our home was the first to be repaired in the neighborhood and it looks amazing! The work was done in a professional manner. John Lowrie, the owner, stayed on top of the situation. Also, Scott Benjamin, our project foreman, made sure it was done right from the beginning. They respected our home and cleaned up after the job was completed. We highly recommend Monarch Construction and Roofing! Very professional!

My roof needed to be replaced so I called a few roofing companies to get estimates, I didn’t like any of them for various reason (we don’t deal with insurance, we don’t provide all services so find someone else to do this or that part… etc.) then I called Monarch roofing based on my neighbor’s recommendation, boy I’m so glad I did, and I can’t thank her enough! This company is amazing, Patrick Bryan helped me out of a very stressful situation and I really appreciate it!
I have neglected my roof for so long based on the advice of my previous independent insurance agent, so my roof was 20+ years old, multi-layered and in a very bad shape, I filed a claim with my insurance, an adjuster came in, looked at it then offered about 20% of the project cost due to age and deterioration… I was very stressed! Monarch stepped up to help, their entire team is top notch, they went above and beyond to help me get this done… in the middle of a pandemic! Patrick identified a ton of things that insurance missed like adding more vents, adding/replacing pipes, replacing soft spots and other upgrades necessary to bring the roof to current code. That helped significantly increase the insurance covered portion and I couldn’t be happier!! Monarch now has a new lifetime customer. There’s a reason why they have an A+ rating in Better Business Bureau and so many good reviews online because they are in my opinion the best roofing company around hands down! If I were you, I would not consider using anyone else because these guys really do care about their customers! Price, quality, reviews, excellent customer service, they are the real deal and so professional! My job was done in one day, they even left my property cleaner than before! Save yourself the time and frustration, just call Patrick/Monarch Roofing, you’ll be glad you did, they are the absolute best in Colorado!

I would not hesitate to use this company again. The sales person (Patrick Bryan) and the project manager (Kevin Sandoval) were both very personable and easy to talk to. Kevin gave me the impression that he would do almost anything to please the customer. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Definitely... a thumbs up!

In late August 2020 when we were selling our home it was determined during the inspection that our home required a new roof due to hail damage. Monarch Construction & Roofing provided excellent/A-1 customer service and installed a new roof within a within a week with time to spare for the closing. Special kudos to Chris and Jamie who were instrumental in completing the project!

I have done business with Monarch 3-4 times since 2006. Once for a hail inspection that resulted in a small claim and two more times from large hailstorms, at two different residences, where an entire roof replacement amongst other things were required. They have always taken care of my needs. I got to know their company after our first major hailstorm, and I was bombarded by roofing contractors. Out of all the vendors I spoke with I went with Monarch. They went to bat for me and my family with the insurance company for replacement of damaged items, many of which I wouldn’t have even figured on my own and took good care of us throughout out the entire process. So much so that I called them again after the last hailstorm and again they replaced the roof at our newer residence as well as painted the entire house. They are a one stop shop. I know and have interacted many times with John, the owner of Monarch, and he has always been available, fair, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The other employees I have dealt with at Monarch have been nothing but helpful and great to deal with. I highly recommend.

Jarred Depalo with Monarch has been nothing short of amazing! I’m an active Realtor in the Denver metro and every time I need a roof inspection Jarred and his team have been available on short notice, they are sensitive to the timeline of a real estate contract where deadlines can be extremely tight. When recently selling my house I had multiple quotes and Monarch is the one that ended up coming through for me. After my buyer's inspection I was presented with a bill for almost $17K, citing that a new roof was needed. The senior project manager Kevin was confident we had a claim for hail and worked with my adjuster roofs replaced on both my garage and house. The day of install he and his crew discovered a code issue on the decking and worked to get that replaced as well. Definitely worth the insurance deductible paid and I have already requested Kevin's help for our new house. I can't recommend them enough - thanks to Luan in the office and to Kevin!

We had Monarch Construction & Roofing remove and replace the shingles on our mountain home. They were easy to work with and got it done in only one day just a few days after initial contact. The area was tarped before the work began and it was clean when they left. Even the inspector said it was a very good job! We would highly recommend them.

He was conscious of the weather and picked the right days to do it this time of the year . Our roof looks great and we appreciate his HONEST work. They did exactly as they said the would and don't give you the run around which we unfortunately experienced with other companies in the Denver area when trying to get just a quote. Monarch replaced our roof and gutters that were damaged by a hail storm. Our project manager, Chris Ball, was thorough with the inspection, patient with me in selecting a shingle color, and his team worked with our insurance company to make sure they had the necessary information to process our claim. The roofers worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up the debris and trash from our property.

Jon's team did an excellent job with our roof. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism of his work crew. It's been one year and I've only found one nail around my property which speaks to the meticulous job his team performed. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves. The roof itself is higher quality than the roof that our house was originally built with. Monarch added the correct ventilation everywhere. They also repaired sections of the roof that the builders missed in our initial build. Overall I'm very satisfied with Monarch's work. They also worked with the insurance company to ensure that we received all payments, and all work was done in a timely manner.

My business needed new gutters but, let’s be honest, who really wants to need new gutters? Jarred DePalo with Monarch made it super easy so all the drudgery was off my hands. He took care of all the details, kept in touch with me through the process, and required next to nothing from me except a check after walking through the completed job with together. Jon worked with my State Farm Agent and he negotiated a new roof, paint and gutters for my house and 10 X 12 Shed in my backyard and it was seamless from the initial roof inspection to the final inspection with my mortgage company. Jon and his staff are TOP notch and they work QUICK. If you think quick means sloppy...think again with this company!!
