This company had outstanding service. I hired another appliance company initially. That company did not show up so I contacted them and they were out in 2 hours. They ordered the part and overnighted it. They kept me posted all the next day and when it came in they came over. It was early Friday evening. I have not had service like that in years.

Having an appliance malfunction is never a fun experience, but Kody was quick to respond, schedule, and get out to see our dilemma. An inexpensive part was all that was needed. It was a such quick fix, but we couldn’t have done it without Kody's expertise. He went above and beyond to help remedy our predicament. We will definitely keep South Metro on speed dial! His trip charge was right in line with the other three companies, but his parts and labor guarantee was considerably better than his competitors. It only took Kody a few minutes to diagnose the problem, wrote me up costs for a couple different options, and was able to be back later in the week with the newly-ordered part. We were having an issue with our oven properly circulating the heat and had to constantly turn our food so it wouldn't burn. After months of being frustrated by the issue, we called South Metro Appliance for help.

Kody was quick to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher and was willing to come and fix it for us quickly even during holiday hours. When we caused our dishwasher to clog after the initial repair, Kody came and very willingly and free of charge (for it being unpleasant job) unclog it. He’s reliable, strongly recommend.

I needed to have one of our double ovens repaired and was quoted an outrageous amount by another local repair company who said it would take more parts and time because it is a double oven. I was referred to South Metro Appliance Repair by a friend. When I called I was scheduled with an appointment the next day. Kody showed up on time and gave us an estimate in 20 minutes, much more reasonable than the first company. Because of this I had him look at our washer which was leaking from time to time and our refrigerator in the garage that we were about to replace because we thought it couldn’t be repaired. Kody gave us estimates on those as well, again very fair price. Needless to say he repaired all of 3 appliances for us quickly and without issue. Kody was respectful and efficient. Kody did a great job; he diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher ordered the parts and then returned a week later to install them and get our dishwasher running again. South Metro was responsive, quick and very helpful. Will be using them again for our appliance needs.

We called South Metro Appliance for our dryer that was not working at full strength! We were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days which was great compared to some other time frames we have had before. Kody was on time, professional and polite! Kody was up front and honest with his schedule, arrived on time for my appointment, and was able to quickly assess my broken washer AND dryer. He repaired my washer and was completely honest with me that the repair of the dryer would cost more than a new one. I had south metro appliance out to repair my subzero refrigerator. They were there the same day I called. The tech called when he was on the way and when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. The price was very fair and even better he could fix it while at my house. Last night my washer stopped working in the middle of a load. Would not turn back on and the washing machine was locked. I went on line and found South Metro Appliance. I sent a message and was surprised and delighted that Kody replied a few minutes later via text. This was after 8 p.m. I didn't label as an emergency, but I was hoping to talk to someone 1st thing Friday (this morning) to schedule a repair. He called me immediately, listened to my situation and was very sympathetic. He said he was able to come out today/Friday afternoon and sent me a text message and an email confirming my appointment time. It turns out the outlet behind my washer is defective so I will not be needing Kody this time, but I will absolutely be contacting him in the future for any appliance repair. I have been in sales myself for over 20 years and I try to do for my customers what Kody did for me. Highly recommend! 1st impression = exceptional!

Amazing local in-home appliance repair business. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our space. Also, the assistant who answers the phone when you call their number is incredibly polite and helpful, even though I feel like I asked her a million questions.
