Fantastic job refinishing all my wood floors! I am very picky when having work done and I can tell you they did a PERFECT job, and I don't use that word very much. But they truly exceeded my best expectations. I saw how hard the crew worked and they were very efficient & skilled and even completed everything ahead of schedule. And maybe this means something to you....I also appreciated the great customer service, which is hard to find these days. I never had a problem getting a reply or friendly communication promptly, never had to chase anyone down or wait for a reply or wait around for workers to show up when scheduled, and all work was carefully explained and all my questions & concerns answered. So I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING and this was as good as it gets! Take a look at the photos. Then call Express Hardwood & Flooring and you can rest assured your project will be in good hands. I finished my basement roughly a year ago and just finished a handful of other projects recently. I dealt with many contractors. Christiano is up there with the best of them with his customer service. After the floors were finished, I pointed out a problem that I was not 100% happy with. After they have been paid, he came and fixed the issue. Most contractors would have blew me off. Christiano answered or returned every call or text. His team always showed up when they said they would. Not one person on his team was lazy. Every person showed up and got to work. It was impressive. I am happy with the outcome. Christiano is a stand up guy. He comes through with what he says he will do. I was never nickel and dimed. We agreed on the price and it was all done. I believe the price was more than fair. I'll give out their info every time someone ask or wants wood floors.

I found Express on HomeAdvisor. I wanted to use the HomeAdvisor/ Home Revitalization Program as a way to pay for the work. They were not part of the program yet but quickly joined, which helped us a lot. On day one, Cristiano and his crew showed up 10 minutes early and informed me that instead of the 3 days of work I was quoted, they would be able to finish in 2 days. The Dustless technologies they used, while not perfect, really reduced the amount of clean up after sanding. By 5:00 pm on day 2, the final coat of sealant was dry and we could walk on the floors again. I honestly don't have a single complaint about my experience with Express Refinishing.

Express Refinishing could also add "professional movers" to their list of refinishing services. We had our wood floors sanded and refinished at an honest and fair price, and it included moving our heavy furniture. Cristiano and his team did an overall great job. They're honest and hard workers. I'm referring all my friends.

Great job! I had prefinished red oak with v groves between each board. They sanded down past the grooves and after they were completed, the floors looked brand new. Very helpful with color. Prompt and always on time. They did a fantastic job. I couldn’t t be happier!

Cristiano and team did a beautiful job replacing our old floors with new hardwood. His guys started on the day we decided on and came everyday till the job was done, sometimes working late into the evening and even on Saturdays to get the job done. It was a lot work, leveling out the floors and installing new wood and stairs. If i had concern it was addressed in a timely fashion. The end result is fantastic. Thank you so much for the great job!

Awesome! After getting 7 estimates to refinish 553 square feet of Red Oak floor in our 1932 bungalow, we decided to hire Chris. Each estimate highlighted something different about the floors but Chris noted them all. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 am on the first day as expected. They were clean, courteous, and organized. We had vinyl tile pulled out of our kitchen and hardwoods put in their place. Although it was not easy to get the wood to match the hardwood in the dining room, Cristiano and his team did everything to make sure we were pleased with the results. It looks awesome!!! Great job!

My hardwood floors were in such bad shape that I thought they were not able to save them. there was ceramic tile plastered on part of it and pet stains in a bedroom but with their expertise and attention to detail these floors look like brand new I highly highly recommend them.

Unbelievable! We already had wood floors in several rooms and wanted to have wood flooring laced into our existing flooring. Cristiano’s attention to detail and knowledge of wood flooring was exceptional. Work began on time everyday, progress updates were provided on a daily basis and when additional request were made they were received with a positive attitude by all of the employee's. These guys are probably one of the best in Denver. I've had several floors refinished for my properties and many issues with other companies. Express refinishers do a fantastic job using only the best poly. They refinished my oak floors in Morrison on time, ahead of schedule and they recommended the Bona Traffic HD because we rent on Airbnb. They take the extra time to plastic off the area so no dust gets into other areas of the house. If you're refinishing your floors look no further. The price is right where it should be for fast, professional service.
