Awesome customer service from beginning too end. We were able to get a timely appointment. They are very professional, friendly and upfront. Not pushy at all. Kept us informed when order was in and scheduled the installation right away. The installers were so nice and efficient. Great service all around!

We are very pleased with our awning! The consultation by Jay (not the owner) was great! He came to measure and give me all the information. He sold me on the Sunpro due to added bells and whistles, warranty, availability and time of product arrival. The installation went well and now we just hit the remote anytime we want to enjoy our covered patio. I highly recommend this company if you want a great product for the price.

3. I highly recommend Direct Awnings & Doors for several reasons. First, I got four bids for an awning--Direct Awnings was the best (aka lowest) bid. Second, the quality of their product is top-notch. I love all the features, including the many awning designs, the automatic wind control, the ability to tilt the awning for additional shade, and the lights in the frame!
But I would recommend them for one other important reason. Their sales and installation staff are great! I needed the awning for an event to celebrate my grandson's HS graduation. I was late looking for a company, but they were able to get it ordered and installed before the big event.
If you're looking for an awning, check out this company. It's really the only one you need to work with! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Direct Awnings!

I had an awning installed approximately one year ago by Direct awnings. The work was done on time and professionally. Today the awning is still working as it should including extras like LED lights, remote and wind sensors.
The purchase and installation was a pleasant experience.

I love the awning and all of the options on the sun pro that came with the awning. Jay was very helpful in showing me the pros and cons of the various lines they offer. I have had the awning for a year and love it!!!. I got it at the end of the season so he gave me a larger awning that was sitting in his warehouse for the same price as the one i was going to get. The Sunpro has integrated lights, simple remote and really does reduce the heat from the sun. I got the wind sensor and the front shade as well which comes in handy in the early morning. I was also able to match the color on my home because Sunpro has so many options.

I am very happy with my recently purchased retractable awning. The installers Gerald and Glen were very courteous and know their stuff! They were in and out in less than 3 hours. I did have a slight problem with one of the arms, but Gerald was back the next day and had it working in 15 minutes. Since then, my home has been MUCH cooler and the ac comes on 2-4 hours later than it used to. Thank you!

Absolutely awesome! Communication was excellent and kept us appraised of the situation at all times. We originally called a different company and the literally said they couldn't do the project for several months. Direct Awning came out right away, helped us select an awning that fit our needs, and gave us the best value for our money. Our back patio was completely unusable due to the sun and heat. The temperatures are now at least 20 degrees cooler. Couldn't be more pleased with Direct Awning. Highly recommended!

The owner, Jay, is SO SO Nice!!! He came out in rush hour traffic Friday afternoon at 4 from the Tech Center to Arvada, because we had an awning safety issue that was weather related (get the all weather 5 year warranty!!). He didn't charge us, and he's been such a pleasure to work with. He goes out of his way to make his customers happy. Our awning is beautiful and we are excited to use it for years to come. JD, his salesperson was fantastic to work with as well.

Outstanding customer service from beginning too end. I installed a 20 foot on my workshop and its hard to believe the difference it made in keeping the shop cool. Installers were just great. Direct awnings & Doors are great folks to deal with. Your salesman Jay Roosa was very knowledgeable about the product and Evan had parts to explain how it works.

I highly recommend this company if you need anything with your awning! I was worried I had some serious damage to my Sunsetter from a storm and needed to find out how bad it was. Jay came over within a couple of days of my call to check it out. First of all, he explained a lot about things I didn't know about my awning that was helpful to understand. He gave it an overall service, tightened some things up, made a few tweaks and it turned out that was all it needed. The best part is it only cost me $85 to get my awning back in tip top shape. I'm planning to have him do a annual service from now on to keep it that way.

My wife and I bought a house recently in Castle Pines and among the many repairs needed was the deck awning. We took a recommendation from a neighbor for DirectAwnings. Worried we'd have to replace the entire apparatus and fabric at significant cost, we were delighted that DirectAwnings was able to work with the original mechanism, remount it, and make the whole thing look new by replacing the fabric alone saving us a ton of money.
The manager was super easy to work with, no nonsense, had our new fabric up within a week at our convenience, and the two Johns that did the installation and adjusted our mechanism were both great people.

Great Awnings and window well covers.

Direct Awnings and Doors installed my Awning purchased at COSTCO, and installed window well covers. Actually, I initially called to get the window well covers, but after looking at the awning selection, I was sold! Jay told me to purchase the Awning at COSTCO because it was cheaper to do so since they were on sale, instead of purchasing through him. Talk about honest! The guys that installed everything were completely professional, and they even cut up the box the awning was shipped in to make it easier to throw away! The awning and window well covers look gorgeous! Don't hesitate to hire these guys! Great work.

Direct Awnings & Doors are one the few companies that does what they say also helpful. Jay Rosa sent his best tech’s to fix a problem with my Carefree Awning that I could not get anyone else to assist us even the company Carefree of Colorado was no help but, Jay took this issue and had it fixed and more his staff never said we don’t do that but, rather we can fix it as well make it better than before. We are so grateful to this company for their knowledge, professionalism and most of all in today’s environment their honesty.
