What I enjoyed the most about working with Armour Roofing was their willingness to take the time to educate me about the insurance process. From the new law regarding deductibles to the fact that most insurance companies don't include code requirements in their initial estimate, they were upfront & honest in all aspects of doing business. I loved how quickly the roof went on, how there was always a production manager on site and how well they cleaned up afterwards. Armour Roofing gets my highest recommendation!

I've recommended this company to at least 20 people already, which a lot of my friends and associates have used also. Their follow-up post installation was impeccable, making sure everything and every detail was taken care of. They are the Best at what they do.

I received a recommendation for Armour Roofing from Dave Logan.com. I called them because our roof was old and leaking badly. We live in the Conifer Area and sometimes have 3 feet or more of ice and snow on the roof. During the inspection and quote process we found out the roof was soft and missing many of the important features that it should have. I was in a big hurry to have the roof done before winter set in. The roof work was done 16 days after I paid my deposit. When they came to do the work and took off the old shingles, we found all the boards underneath on the upper level were particle board instead of plywood. It was all wet and rotten underneath. While this did increase the cost of roof and the work they had to do they still completed the work in one day. They did a awesome job of cleaning up the property before they left too. I have such peace of mind knowing it is fixed properly and will no longer leak. The roof is beautiful and looks better than it ever did before. I enjoyed all the people I worked with at Armour Roofing. They were professional and just plain nice. They provided me with their insurance certificates without even being asked, pulled all the permits and arranged the inspections with the county and passed with ease. A sincere thanks, My home is in the Historic Area of Golden and is over a 100 years old. I knew this was going to be a big project and knew I needed help. There were 3 layers of old shingles and I knew there had been no roof work done for at least 25 years, so it was definitely time to think about a new roof. I called my insurance company and requested that someone be sent out to check the roof which they did. The adjuster recommended a new roof on my home and also on my single car and rental unit as well.
I called several roofing companies for quotes to get the work done on all three buildings but was not pleased with any of them or the way they presented the work to be done. A friend told me about Armour roofing so I called them and they came out to look and then came back a day later with a professional estimate for the work to be done. While reviewing we discovered that the insurance company had not covered all the necessary work to be completed in there estimate, knowing insurance companies I was a little concerned. Shane the Armour representative assured me not to worry and that all items will be covered. He worked with my insurance company and guided me through the whole process of getting roofs on all three buildings. The only expense I incurred was my deductible.
A date was set in November and the day before the work was to start all the materials were delivered in my driveway and the next morning a foreman named Pete and his crew from Armour showed up to do the work. To my surprise they were able to complete this project in ONE day, this included stripping off three layers of old shingles, putting down a new base of plywood for the new shingles(which were of the highest quality), laying down Ice & Water shield , felt paper and installing the new shingles, also cleaning up the entire mess afterwards. In one day the work was done, cleaned up and new roofs were on all three buildings
After the work was done the billing and collecting of checks from the insurance company was handled by Armour, they even helped me through the process of getting the checks endorsed by my mortgage company. Let me tell you that was a big help.
All said the workmanship was superior and I was really impressed (even the building inspector commented what a good roof I received). Anyone looking for or requiring a Good, Honest, with a lot of Integrity know what they are doing roofing company, I give my highest recommendation to Armour Roofing and will refer them to anyone I know with any roofing needs or concerns.

Turns out my roof needed repair and they explained why they were the roofing company for the job. They helped me with the insurance claim and really did all of the work for me. Armour is "BEST IN CLASS". It is not often I write a review about a company. Armour replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. When my insurance company said there was only a little damage and my roof was fine, I immediately demanded a re-inspection and changed my roofer to Armour. When the adjuster came back out and got on the roof to reinspect, Armour was there with them. One hour later the adjuster said there was damage and they must have overlooked it. Armour had the best interest of my family and I. During the installation of my new roof, a gutter was damaged. Armour had it replaced and told me about it after it was done. WOW a company with INTEGRITY also.... Rare ...ARMOUR is truly best in class. The whole experience with them was a true pleasure and my roof is fantastic.
