I'd like to recognize the lead installer, Todd. He was fabulous to work with. He answered all of my questions and called me about what needed to happen. We even ran into a couple of problems during the installation and my husband called him about them. He was right on top of it and they were fixed immediately. He had his crew in line and they performed exactly how he told them to. He was the best!

They fit us in early. They were clean and courteous.

The crew was very efficient once they did get there. They got the majority of the job done in one day. That was really great. Also, Ty was on his game as far as calling me to schedule. I was on vacation and he called me the day I was supposed to get back to schedule. He was very prompt.

Communication from Champion personnel was timely, friendly, and complete. Workers arrived on time and were conscientious. I had two concerns. One was the repair of a screen and one was a small gap between the inside and outside wall. Both were fixed in a timely manner.
Mike and George were both very helpful. Don, the electrician was also great, very patient and careful.

I was very satisfied with the finished product and it's quality. They were very accommodating when it came to our dogs and not disturbing me during the day while I was sleeping.

I wanted to thank you for getting us involved with Champion Windows. This has been one of the best investments we have made in our home. The windows look great and have made a remarkable improvement to our home. The first thing we noticed was how quiet our home became. As you may remember our home backs to I-25. The night our windows were installed was the first night in 25 years that we didn't hear the highway. The week after our windows were installed it got back up in the nineties. What a difference our Champion Windows made. In the past our air conditioner would have to run all day to keep the temperature in our home below 74%. Even in the nineties it stayed cool in the house without the AC running. We have never actually sat down to figure out how much we've saved in the utilities but our bills were much lower this winter and I'm sure we will save even more this summer. Thank you again!
