The gas piping to our boiler had a couple of leaks. Bob the boiler tech did an excellent job completing the repairs. We appreciate his customer service and quality work.

Josh Boca was awesome! He was very polite and really did a great job of showing me everything that was either right or wrong with our furnace which is 5 years old and put in by the builder (builder grade). He was honest about the condition of our furnace and made recommendations that were exactly what we needed or could be an option, with no high pressure. Great attitude, nice to talk to and we will definitely call on him again.

Carson P came out to do a furnace tune up for my home today. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My dogs loved him, which is always a good sign. Carson was able to detect an issue with our furnace and address it before it became a major problem. I will definitely be calling to have Carson out again next time we need anything. Thanks Carson!

I cannot say enough great things about Plumbline Services. I have used them previously a variety of times when I needed to have my plumbing fixed. However, they showed their true colors this Thanksgiving, when much to my dismay my furnace went out. Our Technician was Travis H, who was not only a great guy, but he was quick, responsive and gave us an amazing price. That was the best Thanksgiving present we could have asked for. Thank you for being a great service and thank you Travis for being a great guy! You really made our Thanksgiving!!

Our furnace failed during the first really cold snap of the year. We called Plumbline and received a return call right away. Plumbline sent a service representative out the next day stating it would be within a three hour window mid-day. Meanwhile it was freezing in the house. Plumbline called earlier than anticipated to ensure someone was home and said that Clinton was on the way. Clinton fixed the furnace in minutes, and because the issue was relatively minor, Plumbline charged even less than the standard fee to come out and take a look. Clinton was awesome! He provided a few pointers on simple maintenance so we will not be left in the cold again. Clinton sees the value of gaining a forever customer as opposed to overcharging for products and services not needed. I will not only call Plumbline for any future services needed, but I will also recommend them to friends and family and tell them to ask for Clinton. Thanks so much Clinton for being so honest.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Plumbline. James did a nice job from start to finish. They laid down mats to protect my floors and cleaned everything up nicely when finished. Replacing both the furnace and AC was a full day of work but there was nothing but professionalism. James made sure to explain all the paperwork I signed and walked me through my new system step by step. Thanks for all your hard work!

They sent out Billy W for a free second opinion of what another company said was wrong with my furnace. Great guy, did a better inspection than the other company, identified a problem that could be fixed for low cost, gave great advice, really helpful. Also had Todd V come out with an assistant to do a furnace service and cleanout. Also did a great job, really helpful too.

Wayne came out and took his time explaining my options, the pros and cons for each and was very intentional about finding the best option for my needs and my budget. My house was total chaos when Wayne came as I had just gotten home with my newborn the night before. One of my dogs actually bit Wayne on the hand, my family and I were mortified and Wayne remained warm, professional and understanding and continued on with walking us through the process. He took a very stressful situation and provided calm, professionalism and compassion. The installers were friendly, took pride in their work and left everything just as they found it. I cannot recommend Plumbline enough!

This company is amazing! They have helped us with plumbing services, heat and ac. They are always honest. I really appreciate how they advise me as to what I really need, verses just trying to up-sell products and services. We called regarding a plumbing problem and they had a fantastic tech out within hours.

Billy from PlumbLine services did a great job. Our evaporative cooler had been on its last legs for a couple of years, and finally decided to stop working. Although we had to replace the motor and several other parts, Billy literally went and picked up the parts the same day, was back in an instant and had the evaporative cooler working in no time. The cost was competitive to other services we had received quotes on. Great job!

I should start by saying that I'm an employee of Plumbline Services but also a client. In April, Plumbline Services installed a new variable speed furnace and high efficiency air conditioner in my home. I wasn't able to be home during the repairs but when I did get home my wife was just beaming. She was blown away with how respectfully they had treated both her and our home. Before they left, they walked her through the installation and made sure that she was completely comfortable operating the new touch-screen thermostat which she happily taught to me. What I was blown away by was the difference in performance from the old system to the new. I kept checking the thermostat for the first week to make sure it was working since it was so much quieter than the old one. They nearly tripled the airflow to my kids’ rooms which now maintain temperatures in-line with the rest of our home (Something that I assumed was a duct-work issue). The hot and cold spots around my house are now completely eliminated and I absolutely LOVE my AC. Thank you to Mike, James, Neil, Ryan, Kent and any other installers or electricians that were tasked with this large project. I was proud of level of service that you provided to my wife, and the level of performance that we now have in this system.

• Calling Plumbline Saturday morning because our furnace stopped working and the very friendly & nice women on the phone getting us someone to come to our house right away!
• Tavish was at our house an hour later and went through everything with us answering all our questions, explaining and showing us what was going on with our furnace. A very courteous guy!
• Rand Clark was at our house on Sunday morning, he is WONDERFUL! Rand educated us on all our choices and solutions for our home and spent a great deal of time making sure we totally understood all of our choices.
• Monday morning the amazing Plumbline team arrived and took care of everything! It turned out that our air conditioning unit was bad as well. Everything was explained and shown to us so we understood all the issues. The whole team (Jeff Todd, Roman, James & Jesus-I hope I am not forgetting anyone) was so great to work with, obviously knew exactly what they were doing and were very efficient and took care to keep our home as clean as possible! Rand even came in the afternoon to make sure all was going well and brought lunch for the team! Jeff & Roman stayed very late to make sure everything was running perfectly and that we understood everything from re-bates to operating all equipment! Jeff even helped set up the thermostat so we could get apps on our phones! He also made sure all pilot lights were re-lit, even our fireplace. He is a gem.
• We even got a call from Beth this morning checking in to be sure all was good and to see if we had any questions or concerns! My takeaway from the whole experience is that my husband and I are very valued customers, your whole team really loves their jobs and are very proud to work for Plumbline!

We had an appointment scheduled but they contacted us and said they had a earlier opening so we accepted and they came out the next day which was great because our air conditioner wasn't working during a stretch of 90+ days. Billy was right on time, very professional and efficient, he finished the job just under 2 hrs, and then explained everything in the packet and had me sign and updated our email info and said to call if there were any issues. He was friendly and courteous. We were very happy!

Plumbline installed an air conditioner and furnace in our house. Jeff Todd was the job supervisor and did an excellent job in installation and communicating with us. We really loved Jeff T. (Installation Professional) He and his team work hard and kept the work area clean. We were in need of moving the main floor return vent from a half wall to a new location in the floor. I recently gave a bad review of Plumbline due to a customer service issue. I have had a leak below my kitchen sink for a while and finally decided I had the money to get it fixed. I called Plumbline and the customer service gal was great and I got the appt window I wanted without any problems. The plumber, Jeff, was friendly and fixed my problem even though he had to cut a hole in my living room wall. He cleaned up afterwards as well. Now if only Plumbline had drywallers on their staff :-). So, I think I said in my earlier review that I wouldn't use them, I decided to try them again after the GM contacted me via e-mail and sent me a letter and they did live up to their reputation of being an excellent service company.

I couldn't be happier with the work we had done yesterday- electrical and plumbing. Jeff did our original estimate and did a great job of explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand- he made me feel very comfortable with choosing Plumbline for the project.

Doug was very polite, efficient and helpful. He fixed the sump pump and valve and checked all the water lines for me. Everyone at Plumbline has been very helpful and pleasant to work with; will recommend them to friends and family.

The most HONEST, hard-working, nicest technician I've ever had in my home. I couldn't be happier. Not only will I be using Plumbline for my future plumbing needs, I will be using them for all my home service needs, heating, electrical etc. The last plumbing service we used, a very well known company, started off by trying to charge us a lot extra for something we knew wasn't broken. That didn't happen with Plumbline If you want an honest company, this is the one.

I just finished having my circuit board replaced on my furnace through Plumbline Services. They were very prompt, courteous, and were able to perform the repairs as required. I would use them again especially in near 100 degree heat.

Joe Delong was here yesterday to fix our air conditioning. We were so impressed with him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of all the components, but his thoroughness revealed two areas that were caked like a rug, with dust and dog hair that was choking our system, he got them cleaned, installed a new motor that was better than our existing and also a thermostat, he is not only exceptional, he was polite, professional, friendly and really knew his stuff, and was options were available to us for the best possible home environment, we can breathe in our home now and are very happy he was the person who came to help us!

My water heater burst at 11PM on July 4th 2011 and flooded my entire basement with approx. 3 inches of water. I called Plumbline Services and Clyde was here by 12:30AM. He replaced the heater with a new one and worked until 4AM. Clyde was professional, courteous and very pleasant. I now have the CAP service contract as well and this gives me a secure feeling to know that hopefully I will never have an emergency with plumbing again. We had used another well-known company a few times for help with our air conditioner. It was only after we used Andy, from Plumbline, that we realized what a great and trustworthy company they are.
