I am so happy with their products and their service. My lawn was completely infested with dandelions. We tried for years to get rid of the weeds with the normal weed and feed. All it seemed to do was feed the weeds. Their service guarantees that the weeds would be killed after a certain period of time and if not they would come out again at no charge. Since we had such a bumper crop it did take a second spraying. Well that worked wonders. No more dandelions! The other treatments are really helping our lawn as well. The grass is looking a lot better and the grass in the back is starting to grow in places we never had grass. The staff is also wonderful. They are always courteous and helpful even with my strange questions. The tech who comes out, Jonathan, (JT) I hope I got his name right, is very knowledgeable and courteous as well. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor!

I've learned that it takes a partnership to create and maintain a great lawn. I switched to Lawn Doctor because I needed more than someone showing up and spraying my lawn every six weeks. When I reached out to them (and their competitors) I wanted to know how they were going to educate us (other than mailers) on how to successfully manage our yard. They have exceeded our expectations. Beginning with the service techs; They have consistently provided personalized guidance (not canned responses) on my receipts. When I have questions, they are timely with their follow up and accurate with their responses. I feel that when I'm offered additional services it's based on the mutual understanding that it's best for the goal we've established for our yard and not because someone's getting a trip to a tropical paradise. I'm not an expert in the chemical quality (nor should I be or I'd be doing this myself). My yard looks healthy and ironically I've spend 8% less than in previous years. I can even look my neighbors in their eyes again! At the end of the day If you're looking for honest and timely communication along with becoming educated, Lawn Doctor will knock it out of the park.

I called in and spoke with Alex whom was very informative & a sweetheart, she answered all of my questions along with sending me a highly detailed letter explaining everything I was getting for next year. After being avoided by Trugreen on multiple occasions it feels good to have one reliable contact with a LOCAL company who doesn’t just care about the money! We use the services of Lawn Doctor for our lawn and yard work. Their last visit to my house was about a couple of weeks ago. They are very professional and they always get the job done. Our lawn always looks great.

I use Lawn Doctor for lawn work as well as lawn fertilization and treatment. They came out last Thursday or Friday. They seem knowledgeable about the reason why the lawn is not healthy and what we need to do to improve it.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were very quick on the job, they were at my home for about 15 minutes. Scheduling went well and they were able to fix the issue I had with the grass. It seemed to grow better. They put down some fertilizer on the grass. This was the first time I had used them.

Best lawn maintenance service I've ever used. Priced a tad lower than average, but worth every penny I give them. In two years I've only had to call for a comeback once for a weed issue, they came out and handled it like a professional company should, no questions, no gripes, no extra on my one time billing. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because just like you and me, there is ALWAYS room for improvement.

Before Lawn Doctor performed their magic, my yard was not in too good a shape. After all the treatments my yard has transformed into what I been trying for years to achieve. I will use their service again next year with great satisfaction.
