Pay Rate (based on experience): $15-$30

Earn a $100 bonus after 30 days of work!

METAL - Journeymen/Foremen Responsibilities:

*minimum 5 years of experience*

  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and products especially metal composite roofs, metal/ACM wall panels, and architectural sheet metal.
  • Working knowledge of sheet metal materials and application methods for installing coping, edge metals, metal roofs and their components and other systems.
  • Field measurements related to basic metalwork; i.e. metal roofs, copings, pitch pans, skirt flashing, edge metals and goose neck vents, etc.
  • Ability to install independently and make decisions about what should happen next. Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Have knowledge of how to install and pipe boots, ridge/hip caps, rake, eave lock and ice & water shield
  • Have knowledge of how to install roof/wall panels, counter flashing, coping, fascia, gutters, miters, downspouts, roof curbs
  • Have knowledge of how to seam and solder
  • Have knowledge of how to take trim and panels measurements and develop spacing plans.
  • Posses general knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the assembly, installation or repair of roofing structures.
  • Foremen must be knowledgeable with all sheet metal materials, installation methods, and should be capable of leading, teaching, and coaching a crew.

FLAT - Journeymen/Foremen Responsibilities:

*minimum 5 years of experience*

  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and products especially TPO, EPDM, PVC, parapet cap, taper.
  • Working knowledge of flat materials and application methods for installing: corners, pipes, roof-to-wall, etc.
  • Ability to install independently and make decisions about what should happen next. Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Have knowledge of how to install and pipe boots, ridge/hip caps, rake, eave lock and ice & water shield
  • Have knowledge of how to mechanically fasten, fully adhere, and heat weld membrane
  • Posses general knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the assembly, installation, or repair of roofing structures.
  • Foremen must be knowledgeable with all flat roof materials, installation methods, and should be capable of leading, teaching, and coaching a crew.

  • Learn safe site practices and live by them
  • Maintain a strong work ethic throughout the day
  • Support your crew and coworkers in installs and repairs
  • Continue learning the roofing trade and perform quality work
  • Clean and prep the work-site for tomorrow's work and leave between 2pm-5pm
  • Own personal trade tools (we have a tool purchasing program to help you out!
  • Be familiar with email and smartphone applications
