He is very quick and responsive. There is no job too big or small, he seems like he's got pretty good skills for anything that needs to be done. His workers are good and professional. He has a few subcontractors, and they are all very knowledgeable. They do a great job at a reasonable price, and I would recommend them to anyone.
We remodeled our Master Bath, removing the tub/shower combo and installing a walk-in shower. This required all new tile work in the shower and shower pan. The existing tub surround and one whole room wall of tile had to be removed and re-drywalled. To complicate the job, we decided to move between the time we contracted with Jack and his arrival to begin work. This made the finish date critical to putting the house on the market. Jack took these disruptions in stride. Did an excellent job, arrived on time each day and letting us know if he was going to be at all late (10 or 15 minutes). He kept the site tidy even thought it was in the middle of the house. He was creative in solving a couple of unexpected problems and actually improved the end results. I WOULD RECOMMEND JACK LENT CONSTRUCTION FOR ANY WORK HE BELIEVES HE CAN DO. He is honest in all his dealings and understands the value of loyal clients.
Jack did an excellent job redoing my master bath. He took out the old tub and put in a shower, retailing the whole bath. He did this on time and on budget.
My husband and I recently purchased a 100-year-old home that needed a complete remodel. We chose to work with Jack on our living room project, he did an amazing job. He was new to contracting in Denver but got right to work on permitting and Denver city codes. We ran into many roadblocks along the way, but Jack remained positive and professional throughout the remodel. He had many creative ideas and was able to keep our vision on track when we thought it was impossible. We had a lot of add ons including all new interior and exterior doors, trim, a swap cooler, and new electrical service, he was honest and never became frustrated when I'm sure a lot of contractors would have. Lent Construction has fair prices, a great work ethic, and high-quality work. We will be using him for future projects!
Jack replaced all of our interior doors, closets, and baseboards. He worked hard to get us reasonable pricing for the parts and worked long hours to finish the project. Our doors and baseboards are high quality and transformed our house. I would definitely recommend him!
Jack was amazing and very easy to work with! He is professional, respectful, and flexible. I had him demo my shower, rebuild it, and add a wall. He cleaned up after each day he was on the job-like he wasn't even there, and he completed the build in 3 days time. Thanks Jack, great job.

My experience with Lent Construction from January to March was professional, courteous, and positive. His team plus subcontractors were always kind and did great work. I highly recommend Lent Construction, LLC. My 1970 home looks brand new and high end now and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but it sounds like a wrong number was dialed because Lent Construction doesn't have a receptionist. Jack answered all my calls himself.

Jack finished our basement adding 1250 sqft to our home. He did a great job and was exceptional at communicating and keeping me involved in the project. Jack was wonderful to work with. He kept us up to date on what was going to be done and when. He hires top-notch sub-contractors who did fantastic work. Jack definitely isn’t the cheapest contractor out there, but we found out the hard way that you get what you pay for. We love our new basement thanks to him!

We used Timberstone Remodeling to finish our basement in the summer of 2021. Our house is older, and the basement required a fair amount of work to turn it into a livable space. We love how it turned out! Jack was fantastic to work with. I appreciated that I could easily reach out to him via text or email with any questions or concerns that came up. Jack was very well organized and had all the materials and plans lined up well before the project started. He kept me well informed on the progress of the project and would let me know promptly if there were any delays (which were minimal overall, even given all the material/labor challenges related to the pandemic). We received several quotes for the project - Jack's was in the middle of the range of cost estimates - and the final price was spot on to his full estimate. I would hire him again if I do other renovations to my house!
