Mechanical function of installed door was good, but cosmetic trim pieces were not secured properly and needed to be reworked.

The spring of my garage door broke and I didn’t notice until I tried to leave the house. With my car in the garage, and me not physically capable of manually opening my garage door, I was stranded. I called a couple garage door repair places and Sky Castle gave me the best price, was able to explain the problem and solution to me in a way I understood (just from my layman’s description over the phone) and came out that same day—within a couple of hours. Sky Castle was 1 of about 10 garage doors firms recommended by Home Advisors. I contacted them all and about 6 actually showed up for quotes. Considering all of the significant factors, Sky Castle was clearly the best. Owner Eric showed up promptly, was very persona, and was interested in my needs instead of simply showing me "standard looking [i.e., ugly"] garage doors". I selected the most beautiful garage doors I've ever seen in my long life, steel doors with a good-looking insulated faux wood-panel outer-door look, each with 3 sets of 3 tempered glass windows across each door (yes, 9 nice-looking glass panes). The cost was, of course, greater than the Standard Ugly Doors, but still reasonable. Well worth it. Eric even gave a slight discount without being asked. Eric stayed in touch and saw to it that the job was done properly, and that any potential problems were reasonably resolved. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sky Castle to other people who desire a good selection of garage doors from which to chose, reasonable prices, and a firm which has a well-deserved reputation for providing good service to its customers. People usually know when they receive a good deal, and I would say that Sky Castle's garage doors has improved the value of my residence much more than their reasonable price.

They responded to our request for a visit and estimate. We were shown all of our options and the cost of each option. After we made a choice, the actual project was scheduled and completed on time. The very best thing I can say is that when they left, you could not tell they had even been there except for a brand new beautiful garage door. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sky Castle Garage Doors did an awesome job on our project. We needed to find and install siding around our new door that matched the rest of the garage. They found us an installer that could work with 30 year old steel siding. The finished project look perfect. They also had to cut down the size of our door opening from a 10 ft. to a 9 ft. It also turned out perfect. I would use Sky Castle for any other project.

Great garage door and great company. The installer had a rough day and showed up pretty late and the install took another day to finish. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the quality of the door and the price.

Eric from Sky Castle was amazing! He came out and honored a price on a discounted quote, even though he had to get a full price door. His crew came the next day and modified and installed our door which was an odd size. They had to change all the tracking on the door and hauled away our old one. I would highly recommend them!!

Before Eric, the regional manager, came over he sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way, with out me even asking him to do so. He is very personable. What a nice guy. I watched him install two new springs on my garage door. He new exactly what he was doing. Very professional with the installation. The installation did not take long at all. When he set up the apt. With me he sent me an invoice on my computer first, of the total price. There were no hidden charges. He answered all my questions about the pricing and the installation at the time I got the invoice. I believe it's an honest company that does quality work.

Eric was fantastic. He called right after I asked for a quote. Set up a time that day to come out and give an in person quote instead of a guess over the phone. Gave a very good price to install a garage door, trim for a different garage door, tune ups for all garage doors that were already installed. He saw an issue with an existing garage door and fixed the problem that very same day. He did an amazing job and I would have no problems calling him up for any future work.
