We recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Schomp Honda. My husband had done extensive research about possible vehicles before we headed to dealerships. We chose to go with Schomp because of their up front pricing policy and their staff. We worked with Melanie Sapp and we pleased with her assistance with all of our questions and her willingness to secure answers from others if she didn’t know them. The Schomp team spent time with us to explain electronics of the vehicle and the extras we could purchase. We also found that the accessory packages were lower priced than the other Honda dealerships. We liked the in house warranty if we choose to have all maintenance done at this dealership.

Made an appointment for routine maintenance and scheduled a loaner. When I arrived I was told they were out of loaners because people were not returning them. They began the service right away but also informed me in less than 5 minutes that there was a loaner that just came back. In no time they gassed and cleaned it and I was gone. After deciding we wanted to trade our 6-year-old Honda for a similar, but 2013 model, we contacted our local dealer. After they gave us a fairly decent trade-in offer, and some discount on the new car, they started with the deductions. $600 for tires, $400 for safety inspection, $200 for detail. So now, their offer is already down $1200. Then to the price of the new car, they needed to add $700 for handling and document fees. OK, so now we are down $1900 from their original offer. So, I walked, and searched the internet for a dealer in the state that had the Honda I wanted. Ralph Schomp Honda came up. I contacted them by internet, got an immediate response from Beau in sales. I explained what I wanted, sent him a picture and description, mileage, etc of my trade. Within a day, I was offered a good price for my trade, a substantial discount on the new car. Best of all, add sales tax on the amount of the difference, and I was out the door. No phoney deductions and handling fees. Bottom line, I saved $1800 by driving 100 miles to Ralph Schomp. Everything they promised was true, and within two hours after arriving at their dealership, I drove away with my new car. Very efficient, and no high pressure. They did offer some dealer accessories, and an extended warranty, but all I had to say was no, thanks. There was no pressure. I haven't been back, and probably never will because of the distance, so can't can't say anything about their after-sale service, but they were sure great to do business with, and for my next new Honda, I will go there first.


THANKS TIM! Best customer service in the car industry! We were looking for a good car on a small budget and drove out of our way to get there because...well we had been everywhere else. We are so glad we did! They made you feel welcome. They DO NOT pressure you to buy. We didn't have to go back and forth on price because it’s just not an option there. We came after work so it was a little late for our 6-year-old but Tim was great and made my son feel like he was a part of the process. He gave him toys to take home right off his desk! I just purchased my Honda pilot here last week and I can tell you I am very happy and pleased with the customer service here. I got calls back and they processed my loan application quick as I was concerned because my credit wasn't the best. They still got me approved and got me into a great loan. I worked with Jeff make sure to ask for him he is really spot on and actually cares about you and your needs as a customer. He really went the extra mile to make sure I got the right Honda Pilot. It's perfect!!! They gave me a decent price for my trade and I was really stoked about the 5-year warranty. If anything breaks in the next 5 years, its covered even if I lose a key its replaced for free!!! For an extra $30 a month it’s worth the cost! The finance manager (Curtis) is great too and fully explained my options and got me a great interest rate for the credit situation I was in. I take my old '97 Civic here for all of its needs. Yes. Because it deserves to go to the dealership.
I've finally decided that it's worth it to me to pay the premium to take my car to the mothership to get serviced rather than a random mechanic who can probably do a decent job, but tends to miss things that Honda-specific mechanics don't.
Bonus = they keep a super-detailed record of everything about your car, they have an excellent waiting room (wifi, fancy coffee, gobs of chairs/tables, free shuttle service, etc), and are all around nice.
They're also open pretty early, have a night-time key drop, and truly take excellent care of your car. I look forward to coming here. Highly recommended.

I've had my 2003 Accord serviced at various local shops for years, thinking I was getting a better value than going to the dealer. Ralph Schomp proved me wrong. Not only are their prices very competitive, but their knowledge is second to none. Moreover, they give me a booklet with the history of my car, and provide updates on items that will eventually need attention, kind of like a good dentist does when he sees a tooth with a bit of decay. No other repair shop does that, in my experience.

Bought our second Honda this year from Ralph Schomp. First car was a Civic, and we still have it. Had a great experience the first time, and had the same this time. We had a different sales person, and were very pleased with the experience. Thought we might get some grief when we got to the final phase...the dreaded finance guy. We have now bought 3 cars from Schomp, and they have been consistent every time. We originally bought 2 new Honda Fits in 12' and 13' and were very satisfied with the cars and our experience here. We ended up here after doing some research and finding the offered the best deals for the cars we wanted. The staff has always been very friendly and the process has always gone very smooth. Yesterday we went in with a family member and purchased a used Honda Civic. The car itself was in great condition and a great deal. I'm giving the 5 stars to our salesman, Jay Stevens. The dealership is like any other dealership... big, busy, and swarming with salespeople. My family has bought two cars, leasing one of them first.
Their pricing policy is great, because there are no hidden microphones, no need to haggle, none of that. And for some reason, they're the highest volume dealership in Colorado. Their staff is very helpful and courteous -- both sales and service.
Now, for the good part: I'm in Louisiana now, so it's rather inconvenient to deal with them over 1000 miles away. I was about to buy out my lease at a dealership in Louisiana. But Schomp talked me out if it after they gave me an unambiguous answer on the price of the car, much lower than the "fixed non-negotiable" price the Louisiana dealer gave me. They helped me with the financing and everything went smoothly.
The real testimonial is that I do my dealings with them even though I'm 1,000 miles away.

I felt compelled to leave another stellar review for Schomp BMW since they continue to be excellent more than a month after my sale. I got a call from a rep asking me if I'd like to come back for another "delivery" appt to go over any questions or features on my car. They have a "BMW Genius" deliver your car to you and go over everything you could ever want to know about it. I had the good fortune of working with Ryan Hannon who has been absolutely fabulous! I told the rep who called me that Ryan had given me his contact info and has been answering texts from me anytime I have a question about all the amazing features on my car. I even called him with a question about license plate screws (not his area) yet he took ownership of it and got it handled for me. I previously owned 2 Audis from MacDonald and they never once followed up, nor did they offer any type of detailed delivery service. In fact, my sales rep neglected to tell me I had a year of free satellite radio left. I cannot say enough about how well I've been treated by this dealership! If anyone has doubts, go in and ask for any one of the guys I've mentioned in my two reviews and I guarantee they will change the way you look at car buying.

So I'm just going to start off by saying car shopping is a huge deal, and very intimidating no doubt. Especially at a big name dealership. These guys have a 0 negotiation term, which I thought was crazy. But then you think about it who wants to sit there and argue prices back and forth on what a used car is worth. Hmm not me. Nicest and most professional BMW dealership I have seen.
I went in to Schomp looking for a new car. A guy named Matt spent about 2 hours showing me cars, taking me for a test drive, and telling me everything about the car. Not once did he pressure me to buy, and I never felt like anyone was breathing down my neck. Turns out he was a BMW Genius whose job is to show cars and teach you about them.
Went back a few months later and bought a new BMW. Josh Harnish-the salesman-was fantastic. Absolutely the best car-buying experience I have had. A great, no-haggle price (I did my research on that) with no tricks or hidden fees. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. And then they had another BMW Genius spend another hour showing me all of the bells and whistles.
Turns out my car had a defective speaker so I took it in for service. They gave me a nice loaner and fixed the problem. Was afraid I wouldn't have time to get the car after work because most service departments close early. But Schomp BMW service is open until 10 PM.
Read a few other less-than-stellar reviews. Seems like most of them complain about things that are beyond the dealer's control. My experience was fantastic.

Usually I try to avoid dealerships and pushy sales situations at all costs, but we were shopping for my girlfriend's SUV and we were immediately helped at the front desk when we walked in, even without an appointment on a very busy Saturday. We were helped by Marty Norman who was just stellar in communicating how Schomp works and what is role would be in our purchase. Marty wasn't afraid to give his guidance even though he was not working on commission. He even stayed later than his shift required to make sure our paperwork was properly squared away and watched us drive off in the vehicle. I think this might be the only dealership experience I've actually enjoyed. Hey there was free food (Saturdays) too!

Okay so I am just letting everyone know right now that I am NOT a regular high-end car buyer so keep that in mind with this review, but i think 5 stars is still appropriate. That being said, since this is my first car that is of a higher quality, I am experiencing service at a level that I have never experienced before.
I have had excellent service when I bought my first brand new car (a Honda Civic) almost 20 years ago - even though I have had good service at dealerships as I serviced new cars during the warranty period exclusively at a dealer. But I have not experienced that quality of service since my first new car until now when I began coming to Ralph Schomp
BMW. Even though I did not purchase my car here, as I bought a six-year-old excellent used BMW from a private seller, I am treated as if I am a valuable customer.
The fact that you are able to make an appointment and they are ready for you when you come in to have your car serviced is an excellent sign that they respect your time/ schedule. Each and every person greets you or asks you respectfully if you have been assisted.! Everyone! This is almost unheard of in the car service industry in the 20+ years of dealing with auto dealership's service department. This gives me a whole new level of respect for a business that is customer focused and knows how to take care of the ones they have.
Today I brought my car in for an oil change and decided to wait on that to be done and I was able to be there when they came back with an assessment of a serious issue with a leak in my car. I never once felt like I was being scammed or that they were just trying to drum up business. I have experienced that with other dealerships in their service departments. I have also experienced where a dealership simply didn't care to look beyond the basic service that I had come in for and it has cost me quite a bit by the failure of addressing a simple problem too late.
That is not the case here at Schomp BMW. I felt like they were focused on addressing something that needed attention to avoid a much bigger problem down the road. And since this was going to be several hours to repair, they immediately offered me a loaner car so I could continue my day. I have never had anything go so smoothly before when it came to unexpected delays and cost.
And once I got the loaner car I actually asked about having a pet in the car since I needed to take my dog to the vet and they clearly stated that I had no worries and that they were pet friendly. Shocking since I had not planned on being without my car and I didn't have to change my day's plans!
So there is no question that I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here for as long as I remain in the area. Even if I were to move an hour plus away I think their level of customer focused service would be worth the drive.
I am impressed with this business and I highly recommend them. Great job Ralph Schomp BMW service team!

I had the pleasure of returning to Schomp to purchase my 4th BMW from them and as always I was very impressed. My old salesman Nick had been promoted to manager which was bitter/sweet so I was introduced to Tyler, who did a fantastic job.
Tyler was very patient --- especially since I was unsure of the exact car and changed my mind a few times during the purchase process. In the end, I ended up getting everything and more. As always there was no pressure and the buying experience was stress free.
Even though I have owned multiple BMWs in the past, I decided to take advantage of their genius service since my latest purchase included the full blown tech package. Many times when it is time for me to get a new car, I do check out the competition --- but it is the service that Schomp delivers that keeps me coming back --- whether I'm considering the purchase or service of my cars.

Muted expectations. Why? It's a car dealership. Not only that this was a long distance love affair to start with.
Part of our dealings with this dealership was online, by phone and finally in person. All three were exceptionally done well. The online and phone portions were followed up by a call and a return email. Plus a sweet video of the car I was interested in while I was still in California. A promise to send me a video was delivered on said day.
They have a great looking dealership. Very modern and minimalist. Loaded with beautiful looking Ultimate Driving Machines. Just to tease you, me and everyone that appreciates a well-made German car.
We ended up with an I3 all electric car. A sweet ride. A perfect commuter car. The night I landed which was just this week we drove to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up the car. Before that they really worked with us to make it happen while I was still in California. They used the power of the Internet, phone, courier to facilitate the purchase.
Justin Linder has been nothing but helpful, informative and easy to reach for questions. He's also very easy to relate to. Very far from the car salesman stereotype. But then again so is most of the staff at this dealership. They are just the kind of people that seem genuinely interested in giving you a great experience from beginning to end.
I've spoken to a couple of friendly staff with great phone personalities. They were following up on the purchase and to set up appointments to meet with a genius. I maintain my observation that we did the right thing in choosing Schomp to serve our needs.

Here's how good the service at Schomp BMW: when I showed up there last week, I had absolutely no intention of buying a car from this dealership. I was actually in the process of negotiating a purchase with another dealership, but I needed Schomp to help me with a warranty issue with the car I was trading in.
However, I started talking to some folks there and began working with client advisor Mo Kayeni, who was simply excellent. He found me exactly the car I wanted -- a used Toyota Highlander -- was knowledgeable, friendly and just a good guy. I traded in my previous car and got a car for my wife. I was in and out in a couple of hours.
Overall, I had a very pleasant buying experience at Schomp. Everything about the dealership is first rate, and everyone I've worked with there has been friendly, patient and easy to work with.
