Prime plumbing are worth every penny. First they are really affordable and do a quality job. I posted a job on thumbtack in the morning and after 5 minutes I got their bid and they were they responsive thereafter. We got another plumber here in thumbtack who wanted to charge us a trip price, materials price and labor cost for an exorbitant amount. We posted the ad again and Nathan responded immediately with a greater offer without asking for a trip charge, or materials charge just with the amount it will cost to fix our problem. May I say it was half the total price the other plumber was quoting us! He even inspected another pipe in the basement for leaks for free. I like their quality service, their quick response, and how affordable they are. They saved the day.

Wayne got to the house quickly and was respectful and quiet as my toddler was taking a nap. Removed the clog from tub quickly (small baby’s washcloth went down drain) and even helped us out with some caulking that we needed in our other bathroom.

Had a issue with my outside spigot. Responded very quickly, identified the problem, fixed what only needed to be fixed, and gave a fair price.

These guys were amazing. Showed up on time and wearing protective wear for COVID19. Gave me multiple options to replace my water heater. We decided to give it a go. We decided while they were at Home Depot standing in line to change plans and have them re-run our venting. They said no problem they could still complete the job the same day. The value and workmanship was amazing. We will call Prime anytime we have plumbing issues.

These guys are the best! The only HVAC/plumbing company I use. Discovered them around 3 years ago when I was managing a sober living house in Denver. Before finding Prime I went through a handful of the bigger companies - They charged me twice as much as prime, and did half the work. They are super responsive (A time when I had a burst pipe comes to mind, they were there in 15 minutes!) super knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been working with Nathan who is Prime Plumbing for several years. All of my dealings up to recently had been him contracting me to do work for his company. My company locates sewer lines which he repairs. In the last two months, I have been the one who was in need of plumbing repairs. Once was an emergency. An inspector broke a inspection access. This rendered the plumbing in the home inoperable. I called Nathan, he had it fixed for the homeowner within 4 hours of the call. No "Emergency Call" fees. Try getting any service call same day service! Next time a bigger repair requiring dealing with several different involved parties. Very diplomatic. On time, cleans up after the job, his guys are easy to work with... Completed the job as bid.

Prime Plumbing picked up the job at my house when two other companies said they could not. They were honest, showed up when they said they would and were thorough with their work. Prime Plumbing understood the urgency of the work due to the closing of the house, read the inspection report and took photos of the work completed in both crawl space and on water heater. Extra props for helping with the dogs while there for a long day of work. Thank you!

Nate replaced two gas valves for me. He is a true professional. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the task at hand and the charge was very reasonable. He arrived on time, (though I did not). I would not hesitate to call Nate again in the future - two thumbs up!

The main water line to the house was leaking close to the foundation wall. Nate and his crew came up with a unique way to expose and repair the leak without damaging any concrete or landscaping. I've been using Prime Plumbing and heating for several years.
I first met Nathan when a pipe sprung a leak in the basement. It was an emergency call and Nathan responded more quick than I expected.
Since then, Nathan has put in a new boiler. There were some problems with
the boiler but Nathan kept working with the company manufacturer until
the problem was solved. No problems since then.

I have used Prime Plumbing for a number of years. They are the only professionals I call when I need help with plumbing or to refer people who have issues. Nate the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional every time he does a job for me. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for him to get to my house and finish with the job. Communicates very well about the reasons and explains all the work he does before doing it. He even came out on a holiday, in the snow, after hours without charging me extra because my kids and I didn't have heat, he waived the after hours cost and only charged me for parts, which was no profit to the company and fixed the problem. Anyone that is not using this company for their plumbing needs are truly missing out on a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help in plumbing, and anyone who wants an honest company who isn't just out to take your money. Kudos Prime Plumbing and Heating!

PRIME PLUMBING is my go to! As a realtor its hard to find a dependable company that can do the job quickly and professionally (licensed and insured). I called Nathan, and he made it out the next morning then got the job done in two days. They're super reliable, great prices and will definitely be referring to everyone I know!

Nate was able to come to my home the same day and fix my furnace staying late on a Friday to make sure the job was done. My air conditioner went out during the hottest time of the year. I called Prime and they sent someone right over and he had it fixed in less than an hour. They saved me! Later, I sold my house and needed a furnace inspection and again Prime came right over, cleaned the furnace and provided me with an inspection report.
