Although a last resort for us, the process was easy and seamless, and we appreciated the fact that we didn't have to move any of our items. I also didn't realize your effort to attempt to donate the items instead of trash/recycle them which I truly appreciate.

Very friendly pair and professional . Lifted my heavy sofa bed with no problem. Here right on time and even came the day I called it in. The sofa was in good shape and they said they recycle as much as they can. Very pleased with the service and definitely would use them again.

Contacted us about pick-up time; they were here soon after. Nairo, John, and Claude did an excellent job loading our old couch and chair plus some boxed stuff from the basement. They were friendly and efficient. The cost was a bit higher than we expected, but worth it.

The guys were outstanding - professional and safety focused. We had them move furniture while our wood floors are resurfaced. We will be bringing them back again once the floors are cured to put everything back in order

Austin and Isiah were delightful to work with. They called to let me know how far away they were and, upon arrival, got right to work. They were pleasant, asked the appropriate questions to be sure they understood what I wanted them to do. They were careful with my walls and the furniture. I felt safe having them in my house. I liked that the CHHJ website said that 60-70% of junk is recycled or donated. I also liked that I did not have to find a place to donate, another to pay to recycle items, and that they could take everything and sort it themselves. I was happy that metal was being recycled and TVs were as well. In the past I have paid Best Buy to come get old TVs. CHHJ is a one stop shop. The young men that came were friendly, courteous and displayed good humor while still doing a dirty job. Great to work with. I've already set up job #2!

I phoned in just minutes after the lines opened and learned that you could take care of my concern that same morning. That impressed me a lot. When the guys came out to haul away my rodent-occupied 2 year old refrigerator, they did not shrink away from the task. At my suggestion we duct taped the access hole, where the ice maker water tube feed thru a metal grate, used 23 gauge hardware cloth duct taped in place and then reinforced the patch to minimize the chances the rodent would escape as the appliance was taken out. The guys took extra care to hold the appliance in a way that kept the patch up in the air as they went to the trailer. Two months of living with an elusive rodent was resolved by the efforts of these two men. It's not an easy job or a glorious way to earn a living, but these men did not complain about the task at hand. If they are equally diligent about their other work orders, I can say nothing against their efforts.

Devon and LaDrea were both very friendly and helpful. They were very fast and courteous. I submitted a request at 10:45 and they were there by 11:30! It was very much like calling an Uber for all my crap. I greatly appreciated their help.

We had a great experience. Devon and Jacob did a great job. They had some help from Byron and Seth, since my job was much bigger that thought. All four were very good and we were very happy with them all.

The person I talked to was extremely polite and concerned about making my life stress-free. They were able to come out soon after I called. Although they gave me a 2 hour window, they were able to come early and called me to verify that it was ok. They were actually done before their original scheduled time. Again, the entire crew was very polite and efficient and a pleasure to work with.

My company hired this company to move a bunch of file cabinets in a cramped storage space that we wanted to donate to Goodwill. These guys were ON TIME, courteous, and very professional. We also had them move a bunch of other random stuff at the last minute and they were totally polite about it. We will most definitely use these guys again!

The entire process from scheduling to pick-up was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication at every stage of the process was excellent. They contacted me by phone and text to confirm my pick-up appointment window. I got a text the morning of the pick up and they called 30 minutes before arrival. The 2 gentlemen who arrived were cordial and professional. They were respectful of me and my home. It took them less than 30 minutes to load the truck. the fee was very fair. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Matt and Ethan arrived on time. After receiving the estimate to remove my junk they worked quickly and without banging up the walls in my home.

The call center employee who booked my appointment was equally as polite, but was unable to give me an accurate estimate (they were about $200 higher than the actual price I paid) for pricing even though I advised that I had mattresses as opposed to a mix bundle of goods.

With just to go before selling my condo I needed to have 3 mattresses hauled away, so I called College Hunks at 10am for a same day pick. They called a few hours before pickup to let me know they would be in my area well ahead of my appointment time. I jumped at the chance to get rid of the unusable (read: well past their prime) mattresses a few hours earlier than planned.

This place is great! I got really lucky. I called on Saturday since I had a storage unit that I was wasting money on. They had availability right then so I met the two guys at my storage unit. They quickly measured how much cubic feet of junk I had to get rid of, gave me a price estimate, explained all the details, and had all 120 cubic ft. of stuff loaded in less than 30 minutes. Also, this place does free estimates so if the guys show up and it's more than you are willing to pay, they will go on their way no questions asked. Every one I talked to from the company was very professional, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need a storage unit completely cleaned out.

After some short research online about movers and junk removal, I went with CHHJM because they actually "recycle" the items they pick up. The initial call into the 1-800 number was very informative and detailed, their pricing is pretty transparent, and there were so many options for pick up times. Matt and Brad were very courteous and very careful not to damage the walls and flooring. After completing the "post" move survey online, I received a coupon and called one more time for another junk removal! Matt and Claude were awesome and even gave me an additional "repeat customer" discount on top of the coupon discount! I also learned that they donate the items to Goodwill. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I had some heavy lifting that needed to be done at home as well as a broken treadmill that I needed to get rid of. The customer service agent on the phone was thorough and detailed about determining what my needs were, the costs, and my expectations. Matt and Brad arrived on time (actually early, but they called first and the timing was perfect). They were friendly, professional and got right to work. I had them move a small piano and a large antique china cabinet as well as 4 other items and they treated each of my things with care. I had a great experience with Nathan and Matt. They are young, energetic, and serious about what they do. We have a sign in our yard about keeping the gate closed and they caught right on and asked to make sure our dog wouldn't get out. Great attention to detail and concern for their customers! Mark and Nate emptied out two garages worth of old, very dusty and dirty furniture and boxes, and hauled the stuff away in a friendly and efficient manner. Pricing was explained up front and was fair, in light of the work required and convenience of not having to do this job ourselves! We would definitely hire the Hunks again!

I have used College H.U.N.K.S. before, so I didn't need to consider another service. Brad and Sheed were so polite and friendly, and extremely respectful. Brad and I talked about our tattoos, and we also talked about 80's music. They worked efficiently, but also treated my furniture as if it were their own. I had wrapped most of my furniture as best I could by myself, but Brad and Sheed finished what I couldn't do by myself. Without knowing it, they upsold me on several moving blankets because they did such a great job wrapping it. I have a storage unit in Colorado Springs with items which belonged to my parents, who passed away last year. They were so respectful of those items as they added more into the storage unit. We were also relieved that because of an affiliation with several charities, College Hunks could not only haul away the junk but also take care of donating/recycling items. Austin and Boon did such a great job moving my things into my brand new townhouse. They were professional, fast, and very careful moving everything. Nothing was damaged. Very impressed.
