"It was a Saturday - first HOT Saturday of this year Memorial Day weekend - A/C was not cooling and I thought great! We both work and I will be the one who has to ask off to come home and meet with a repair person next week. I looked on line to find a company and what caught my attention is NO EXTRA WEEKEND TRIP CHARGES !. Great! I called them to see if they just might be able to come today. This was 9:00 a.m. and Greg answered in a most pleasant voice and had a time for a tech to come out said he would call to confirm. Greg called and confirmed the time that Jonathan would arrive. Jonathan also called when he was about 30 minutes away. Jonathan was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about our A/C and had it up and running within an hour. He was not pushy about another part we do need to have replaced in the future and we could not be more pleased with Horizon Mechanical and their service. Use them again? You BET Cha!"

"We had family and guests flying in from all over the states and our A/C went out on Friday with the air temperature at 91! I called around and no one could arrive that day and the additional weekend charges were going to put a damper on the weekend celebration. Horizon was able to be at my home at 7AM on Saturday morning and had my AC working by 8AM, well before the heat arrived. Troy was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan for the A/C and the Furnace. Our house was nice and cool for the holiday thanks to Horizon."
